    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve thanks for your reply but obviously you're not from Chesterfield or you would know the Post Office in Chesterfield is notoriously slow and you can be in a queue for 30mins. Sorry l am exaggerating. Also in the HSBC there's plenty of electrical sockets for extra machines

    @HSBC_UK Still not working!!! This is not acceptable- how can it possibly be my browser if I have tried to log in on various devices even tried on a friends pc. Cleared cache and history still gives GSA ERROR. Can you sort - problem clearly at your end!
