@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK Would expect anything soon. They nearly ended my partners business by repeatedly cancelling payments when he missed ONE phone call. Also messed up when he changed from sole trader to Ltd Co and lost him access to his business funds AND set up client accounts incorrectly. Awful
