    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK despite your claim earlier down that the problem with your app has been resolved, your app just crashes every time on my iPhone and I am unable to access it. this is also the only way your customers with the app can even access online banking. This is not acceptable.

    @HSBC_UK When is your app going to be fixed for iOS 12? - Can't log on to the app - Can't log on to browser based online banking because the app generates the verification code - Can't chat to anyone because you need to log in to access - Call wait times exceeding 20 minutes

    @HSBC_UK Sadly, 48+ hours later, the app still crashes on installation despite numerous downloads! Granted, I have got further into the registration process than before, but the app still crashed at the final stage and now it won’t even start up again! Please help - I have bills to pay!

    Even though i most recently called 2 weeks ago to get it sent to leeds and i called today to check if its there and it still isnt??? I’ve had like 5 people tell me they’ve sorted it for me and NOBODY has I am going to cry @HSBC_UK fix this mess

    . @HSBC_UK I've been unable to access online banking for 2 weeks now as your app is down and online banking requires the app to log in. Looking online, I can see lots of others having the same problem but no word on a fix?

    @HSBC_UK The battery on the physical key I had died. Went and got a new one but my online banking wont let me access that without first accessing my mobile app. See my problem!! Should be easier. Is it fixed now please?
