@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

Jumping on the @StarlingBank hype, gotta say what and easy process! Will be closing down my @HSBC_UK account after 20 years! Always difficult to speak about your account, and massively messed up my name change which was really embarrassing for me and upsetting as going transition
