    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK Your support team via support on the app tell me they have limited access and so need to call. I’ve finally had my complaint escalated (think it is maybe the 3rd escalation so not sure what being escalated means) but at least someone seems to be replying now. Seems the only way

    @HSBC_UK I have never been so angry with a chat robot as yours has made me... sending me in circles and not understanding anything. If something is broken then a person is needed, or at the very least something with the i in AI... You'd be better not having it

    @HSBC_UK And it doesn't help that the reason I am calling is because of a mistake YOU made when setting up my accounts! Also, I'm pretty sure your number is not a freephone number, no wonder my wait times are so long if you are charging by the minute.
