    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I love how HSBC does all the lovey-dover ESG stuff. It's almost cringy. They never tire of telling us to "see beyond borders", and maybe I agree, but they're less enthusiastic about such mundane things as answering the telephone or providing customer service. I wonder why?

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Barclays for me.Never a problem getting through to an advisor on the phone and we also have a local team who know our business and ready to help. We also have a business account with Santander and the support is as woeful as you have experienced with HSBC.

    @Latorresunshine @HSBC_UK I have been constantly critical of the Gp access problem. Have written about it, spoken on TV/radio about & on here. At my practice which is the only one I can control, you won’t wait more than 5-10 mins on the phone & can see me F2F without triage. I know this is not common!

    @HSBC_UK student accounts are a joke. 3 years of uni & heading into my final year so need to increase my arranged overdraft with the increasing price of rent and living, only to be ‘declined’ for no reason. Let down, frustrated and left in a difficult financial position. Liars.
