    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK why have you closed all your banks on the weekend. To make it even worse, your helpline is terrible. Not customer friendly or convenient at all!!!

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK I’m trying to logon and activate on the app, I get to inputting a new DSK and then get hit with an error msg “your session has been invalidated”. Tried a few times now to no avail. On iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.1. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK please can someone help me, I have switched to you from Lloyds 6 weeks ago. I still have not had a telephone security number and I can’t access my money 🥺 this is seriously frustrating service.

    @HSBC_UK Your Customer Service is truly appalling. Holding on the phone for 3 hours and no response. Locked out of my account, still waiting for an email to confirm my details are reset, 3 hours and still waiting. Appreciate you are probably understaffed but not on!

    @HSBC_UK I've sent a DM but still no response after 15 minutes. Still on hold but will give up on the 45 minute mark. Also, the 'chat' feature on your website is useless too. HSBC have wasted more than enough of my time this last 48 hours - I'll just close my account tomorrow. Cheers.

    @Ten4_ @SarahAnnKennedy @HSBC_UK Dear HSBC. Your complaints procedure, like your Customer Service, is at best lip service,more usually a waste of everyone's time, customer & HSBC's. You settled my complaint 3 years ago by paying £50 into my account, not telling me &closing the complaint without resolution.
