@HSBC_UK not all transactions can be done online. So some will need phone contact. HSBC customer service is NOT available for urgent call , Saturdays. For a global bank, that is disgraceful. Should do better, or lose more customers!!

More crap service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC I stand in a queue for 1/2 an hour to bank Treasurers Account cash only to be told they have no cashiers on Saturdays. Sent me to the Post Office and they can't do it either. Now stuck in Brum with a very heavy bag of cash! Utterly rubbish.
