    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK why have you closed all your banks on the weekend. To make it even worse, your helpline is terrible. Not customer friendly or convenient at all!!!

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK Website is not logging me in?? Tried from all my devices. After I put the login security code the waiting wheel keeps turning. I have urgent requirement & can't login since morning!!

    @HSBC_UK later, HSBC made a decision saying that they cannot reimburse my money saying that I didn’t carry out sufficient checks before transferring the money and that there is no error from the bank’s side.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness Thanks. My debit card won’t let me purchase anything over £100 as you claim you don’t have an up to date mobile number for me. But when I log in to my account, you do? I don’t have an hour to waste calling your call centre either.

    @HSBC_UK Goodbye HSBC. After years of expensive, unreliable and unbelievably poor service - this has to be my worst banking experience. After 2hrs on hold (phone) whilst simultaneously using the online chats (queue obvs) on two computers - I finally got to a recorded message…now closed.

    @HSBC_UK However, he convinced me by saying that since he was from the fraud team, he was able to access my my personal details including what phone I’m using to access my account and how many accounts I have with HSBC and he can read my account details.

    Who remembers when @HSBC_UK @HSBC business were good? Two hours on hold on Monday. Two security checks. An apology that THEY have messed up and a promise, 'We'll sort it'. Today another message (including a treat) about the EXACT same issue. How much time do they think I have?
