@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

@HSBC_UK why has HSBC become the worst bank in the world. 21st century trying to do online payt , payment error rang up after 20 min wait to be told oh no declined payts showing, to try again tomro. No answer to what do I do if it happens again.

@HSBC_UK the online chat timed out :( I had been waiting for over an hour.. Thanks for giving me a phone number.. I don't like that it's asking for all my details before even finding out the issue/question... You know who else is just after my bank details... Scammers!

@HSBC_UK so u drop the password to stop confusion and think a smaller simpler pin will help people.. A brute force (I realise its not so simple) will take 9 seconds to crack a 6 digit pin number, but a 10 digit password with numbers letters symbols and caps will take 8 months..

@HSBC_UK Your service status says everything is OK but you have system issues. For example, the cash deposit I made yesterday has still not appeared on my account. Be honest with your service status.

@HSBC_UK is useless, no customer service team at all on live chat or over the phones. Been trying since 6:30. Just waiting to hear from @NatWest_Help to open up an account with them!

@HSBC_UK Hi. I’ve made 2 small payments/transfers recently to friends over Internet/Mobile Banking, and both gave failure/error messages, but both payments went through. I thought the first was a one-off but having had the second it would suggest there is a bug!!
