@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

@HSBC_UK Well it’s 46 minutes of my life I won’t get back. It’s really not good enough, whatever time of day you call, the excuse always seems to be an ‘unusually high number of calls’. I would suggest your problem is the unusually low number of call handlers.
