    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Can't even credit score/check someone applying for a re-mortgage...... with HSBC. 4 years ago the credit score wasn't a problem. You gave us a mortgage. Why is it a problem now? You really do make it hard for self-employed people to lend money don't you!!!

    Since I've had my phone stolen, I've had faultless help and service from everyone - except @HSBC_UK. Totally and utterly dreadful - I should have switched months ago and there's no doubt in my mind I will now. Avoid at all costs

    @taisling @HSBC_UK I have the same issue - haven’t made any ‘attempts’ but an immediate pop-up locks me out for 5 minutes, then another 5. I wondered if a 3rd party was trying to hack my account and racking up ‘attempts’ from somewhere else!?
