    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK I expect to receive money not send them. I made 6 phone calls today try to solve this simple problem. But your agents are unfortunately not professional enough. I was put on hold for 1h30min for a reconnect to another agent. I just wish I can solve this problem ASAP

    @HSBC_UK my app has stopped verifying my fingerprint and as a result I've been locked out of all online banking. I don't know my digital security key and I've tried to reset using the app, but I can't as im Locked out. When I call I need a telephone secure key? Idk it. Pls help

    @HSBC_UK my old account was shut down, but there was money it in. I visited branch and they told me Id get a cheque in the post last year, it never came. cannot contact your normal channels as I need account details which no longer exist. Where is my money?
