@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

Our experience with HSBC has definitely put me off ever banking with them again. Just the stress of trying to get a sensible resolution through their "support" was enough for me!

@HSBC_UK **** hsbc app has been crashing for 2 weeks still not fixed yet. And the bullshit security key to access my own online banking on the website is not accessible because you can only get the key from the ******* app! Will be closing my account and going with Barclays.

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@iPoof @nicfrb @HSBC_UK I have also installed IOS 15 beta 8 today and the HSBC app still does not get past the splash screen. I am on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I am not like some, so emotionally invested in it not working that they complain an app is not working on an OS that is not fully operational.
