My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

RANT ALERT!!! I feel really sorry for the staff working for @HSBC @HSBC_UK #HSBC. I imagine they must have to put up with so much #anger from customers locked into a ridiculously inflexible system with customer service, certainly in my experience, regrettably absent!!!
