    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs That’s a different response to earlier. Please check before replying to people. Before your Twitter responses were update in days. Then weeks. Now downgrade. The app was working fine. When will it be updated please. Please check before you give a response.

    @HSBC_UK @diegor It’s not as simple to downgrade to iOS 14. Need to completely reset the phone and if the back up is an iOS 15 one you’ll lose everything. Why not just update your app or change the digital security key function so online banking is still accessible via web? **** bank really.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @jez76uk @HSBC_UK Think the @HSBC_UK app team need to all be saying the same thing. At the moment everyone is saying different things. From an update this week from one reply to a few weeks from another reply. Each day is a different response. The app was working fine!

    @HSBC_UK there was an update to the app this morning version 2.39.4 I was hoping it would resolve the iOS 15 issue. Sadly not though! Still the same issue. What a joke! 😒

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.
