@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@SamuelOLUDIM @HSBC_UK Agreed the service can sometimes be down, but the communication and acknowledgement of the issues were frankly shocking. If there are issues, email your customers or put messages on socials. Banking is a 24/7 service, not 12/5.

@HSBC_UK Thank you, but it just needs fixing at your end. Everything else loads, I’ve tried two different browsers. I need to alter the amounts on my standing orders but I can’t do that in the app. Please stop telling people to clear their caches to fix this. It doesn’t work.

@PennAllenwrites @HSBC_UK Did manage to talk to a person but although she tried to help wasn’t that successful uploaded all over again yesterday, today another b.demand to do it again,but of course there is never ever any indication as to what is wrong.They are only option as no other banks taking on new.
