    @HSBC_UK I am trying to make some transfers and buying some things with my debit card but my app is not working even my debit card is refusing all my transactions. I am trying to transfer some money to another account I can use

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Abi, I don’t want a complaint, I just want to access my bank account 🥹 I’ll use the option you suggested and if that does not work then I’ll file a complaint but let’s give that option a chance.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK seems like HSbc mobile banking is having issues, I sign into the app, see all my account but the second i tap on any account it comes up saying “your mobile@banking session has expired, please login again.” When though I just logged in...

    @HSBC_UK My mobile banking app is no longer working. Once I log in, it kicks me out and says my session has expired. I have restarted my phone and several other things but it is still not working.

    @HSBC_UK the mobile app is not working. It takes you to your accounts and when you click on an account it says this session has expired. I’ve tried it several times.
