    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I tried to open bank a/c for son. Did online app & told take ID into branch. Branch told me too busy. Called 45 mins waiting, used chat online. Told had to go to branch 45 min bus ride. Asked if I could upload docs. No help.taking my son’s money elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK why are you so backwards in your in branch banking? ATM not working, went to withdraw cash inside. Two slips, and ID check and a waste of 10 minutes I go my cash. What a fuss when I had my bank card in my hand! Why are you banking like it is the 90s still?
