@HSBC_UK You’ll get a new card by post within 4 working days or, if you're outside the UK, within 10 working days. According to website - inaccurate!! 7th working day and still without. Ordering online is impossible!! Can branches not have an option to take cards internally to collect?

Hello @HSBC_UK. I'm on hold to your fraud line, as I have been for the last 15 minutes. You need to change your on-hold message. It should say 'please hold; someone might answer; but we aren't interested in providing customer service, so we don't employ nearly enough agents.'

@HSBC_UK been banking with you for 20 years and you have decided to close all my accounts for no reason and no-one that can help me with this. I have all my wages, direct debits and savings and now cannot access any of it over Christmas as you have closed my accounts. Ridiculous!
