My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

The people who make a big deal of it are homophobes, which create situations like this. Which needs us to fix the issue.
