My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

In my spare time I’m fortunate to be Chairman of Trustees of a small charity in the village where I grew up. I’ve been Chairman now for 4 years and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such appalling customer service as @HSBC_UK. They seem to encourage charities to fail.

@HSBC_UK A very poor show with iOS 15 Beta and your app fiasco. I was without access to my accounts for a number of days and you can’t even access online without the app! Made me jump ship after 30 odd years of banking with HSBC and switching to @StarlingBank, who are awesome!!
