    Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    @HSBC_UK worst telephone banking. I phoned from abroad and managed to speak to a customer service advisor but then the call stopped and bounced back to the main menu. It happened 3 times to me today. Frustrating!

    @HSBC_UK My 87 yr old mother-in-law has today tried to order a chq bk over the phone. Had to wait over 30 mins and then the Indian call centre couldn’t understand what we wanted. Appalling service. She put the phone down crying as she needs Chqs for Xmas presents. DM me please
