    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK I got through. But I don’t feel it was a genuine call. I’ve tried calling 6 times since from different devices and every time I get to the DOB entry it says sorry there has been an error. I don’t get to do my voice is my password.

    @HSBC_UK @_Isotope__ They’re one of few banks (hsbc, Barclays, Santander and NatWest) to completely **** themselves over, recently missed out on SOL as I went to deposit 2k GBP and United Kingdom is no longer an option on billing address. Moved banks without a second thought. Control freaks.

    I just spoke to a Caitlyn in the mortgage team at @HSBC_UK and she was so kind and compassionate about the situation I described to her, not to mention helpful, that I wanted to reach down the phone and hug her. Be good to Caitlyn @HSBC_UK she deserves it.
