    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @bigissuenorth Birth certificates for Homeless people born in greater Manchester are free. Homeless do not need a birth certificate to open a bank account. @AskNationwide only ask for 2 letters as proof one from dwp and one from a support worker @HSBC_UK only require the support worker ID

    @HSBC_UK There are so many people asking for an iOS15 update guys and you keep replying with the same thing. Why 99% of all the banking apps are working but yours isn’t? You cannot even login to a pc as you need your secure key which is not available as the app won’t work

Being homless at a young age is possibly more to do with life choices but whatever the reason I think most veterans are homeless due to the trauma experienced by service to our country, but s/be Shelter for All
