Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Kendo69 (@Kendo694) reported@HSBC_UK 7 weeks I have been without a bank card for my current account after losing the one I had. Several phone calls and on line complaint forms later I still don't have a replacement bank card. From my experience, HSBC customer service is absolutely awful.
