    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    Excellent service from @HSBC_UK as ever. Call in response to their message, wait 15 minutes, get passed to second person who apparently is wrong person then to third who cuts me off. How do the banks get away with such awful customer service?

    @HSBC_UK I sent private message requesting help about reinstating my internet and telephone banking and have had no reply yet. I cannot enter UK at present to visit a branch so need other solutions.

    @HSBC_UK I've registered for online&mobile banking, but I don't have a Secure Key. Nowhere during registration did I see a code, and I can't generate a new code as I can't log in because I don't have a Secure Key to begin with, and I need it to log in! Help?!
