    Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @NickFerrariLBC I banked with @HSBC_UK @HSBC from 1963 (when it was Midland), I'm leaving them! Awful, awful service online, and branches all closing. Wrote to CEO, nothing changed. Now I know why - they are busy deciding about Trans staff operations instead.

    @HSBC_UK why can’t I open a saver account. I’ve banked with you for 40+ years. I have several accounts. It’s saying I am not a UK tax resident!! Online chat person couldn’t help. Been in phone queue for 2+ hours. Pleeeaaase help.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you, but it just needs fixing at your end. Everything else loads, I’ve tried two different browsers. I need to alter the amounts on my standing orders but I can’t do that in the app. Please stop telling people to clear their caches to fix this. It doesn’t work.

    So I've now have ~£90 stolen from me using my card via deliveroo. @HSBC_UK says its deliveroo I need to speak to and @Deliveroo says its HSBC. All I know it's I'm down money on a cost of living crisis and can't call cos I'm on a night shift in A&E
