    But instead they’ve just twitted me another phone number to call and spend another half an hour. UK has some really good examples of nice digital bank experience and I’m sorry the @firstdirect being part of the huge @HSBC_UK can’t provide any good service. #firstdirect

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, many thanks for the quick response. I will probably ring tomorrow. I must admit that I am a customer of other banks and I do not have to request them. They automatically appear in the documents section for each account each year. Perhaps HSBC should look at this. Michael

    @HSBC_UK hard to call it Customer Service with HSBC. More like Customer Disservice! On hold for 56 mins with Fraud. They answer put me on hold for 5 mins to read and ... wait for it... promptly disconnect!

    @HSBC_UK He's already in contact with your support but has been told it may take upwards of 15 days before it can be resolved... not ideal I was curious if there was a common issue here rather than anything specific to his account.
