    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    If I have a heart attack over the next week, let it be known that it will be because of the rage brought on by @HSBC_UK calling me for another 15 minute fraud lecture for another totally legit bank transfer. I think this is the 9th ******* time I've heard the same ****!

    @HSBC_UK Customer service is a joke, the mobile app chat service you get a reply to just 1 message after 5 -10 minutes if your lucky. Add that up for the total amount of messages. Was on the phone for 27 minutes for it to just cut off on me and no one bothers to call me back. Thanks

    Hi @HSBC_UK your customer help line is beyond useless. 40 minutes now on the phone and they can't find any record of letter and a cheque you sent me despite all the reference numbers. So many other issues with procedure I don't know how anyone navigates this or gets any help.

    @HSBC_UK Why would your representatives advise a Customer they couldn't pursue Section 75 claim on request (cc purchase £1000+) because chargeback is necessary in 1st instance. They are 2 different remedies! Is HSBC suggesting internal procedures supersede an Act of Parliament?

    @WellhayesWine @HSBC_UK Been with them 40 years they have now suspended my account over a transaction I authorised in their app, thats me moving my money to another account that they have flagged as fraudulent, when I ring them I can't get past security so I am stuck with no access to my money

    @HSBC_UK Your Ashton Under Lyne branch is currently closed with a temporary sign on the door signposting customers to branches 10 miles away. I am a disabled customer and will struggle to travel, can you please advise on the status and when it will reopen?
