    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK Will do later. It’s actually on an old iPhone6, never had an issue.. but.. I do need to get this on my new phone, just never bothered. What do I need to do, to get it on a new phone(?), my Hsbc calculator thing stopped working some time ago.. never really needed it since. Thx

    @HSBC_UK can you help me access the banking app? I had to uninstall and reinstall on my phone, because it stopped working. However, when entering credentials, it asks for a digital secure key code, which I clearly don't have. I do have a physical device, but no option to use it.

    @HSBC_UK Hello, Katerina, I understand that you can't do a thing for the absurd situation the Oxford @HSBC_UK branch has created for its longtime customer @akoz33. Frankly, that's not good enough. I understand today is Sunday, but we expect a better answer by start of business tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK As I said, I spent half an hour talking to your phone support colleague yesterday, so I won't waste your time It would be great if you could log the iOS 12 issue, so that your phone support colleagues are aware of it - they currently don't see it on the "global" list of issues

    Once again @HSBC_UK have outdone themselves with shocking customer service. In order to change payment date of their loan from their account I have to pay twice in 3 days!! Ridiculous.
