    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    HSBC online banking payee selection option down. Essentially means their online banking is totally down. No updates online either. What a terrible banking service @HSBC_UK

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    @HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

    After a long run. Today I will be closing my @HSBC_UK account and savings account. The service has massively declined, the customer service agents don’t know how to action requests which has ultimately cost me a vast amount of money over the last few months.

    @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

    @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is not working properly, it lets me scan my thumb to log in and then freezes? I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???
