Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK I have been trying to assist my husband in dealing with 2 unauthorised payments. Online Chat cut off twice. Phone call wait 35 minutes and I was cut off after giving only sort code and account number. Husband has hearing loss and other problems. Terrible service.

@HSBC_UK Spent 4 days trying to pay in cheque the app failed..... Online chat doesn't have the answer. 50 mins on phone on hold gave up. Went to pay in charities money at post office can't as no card. Had to go 5 miles and there no parking. This is not customer service

@HSBC_UK I've always had problems getting on to the mobile app but with persistence I could get on, or at the least get a login code to login with the desktop. Now i can't get any access at all after the lastest android update. Has anyone else commented on this issue?
