@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@daughterofashep @HSBC_UK I’ve never needed to contact Customer services, but they seem to consistently get good reviews. The app is excellent, and the website works. Cheques I pay in by post, and cash gets paid in at the post office.
