    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK @jonsr1 I am trying from yesterday to deposit DVLA cheque. Called the customer service agent also but he was useless and in the end he said to dpeosit in a branch. "We couldn't read check details. try again" ok/cancel. It's a printed cheque only. You made us lazy...now...

    @HSBC_UK the level of service is poor. Monthly business fee keeps going up and service gets reduced. Chat advisors unable to resolve query whilst telephone banking is closed. When open, get put on hold for over 30min to find simple resolution. Probably time to move accounts!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN your Global Money service is an absolute joke. 17(!) DAYS since my initial transaction and still no resolution. The most basic of transactions (paying an invoice). Technology fails and poor customer service. GHCSIN30904 - I’ll be referring to @financialombuds
