Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

@HSBC_UK Don’t worry. I tried over and over to get through to your fraud team (cut off 4 times when they answered), after being told that a code I received in another payment failure was fraud related. I gave up and switched to another bank. Fed up with your poor service, goodbye!

@HSBC_UK fraud team told me to use pin number in store, DIDNT WORK. they then told me they unblocked it when they didnt. I just spoke to them AGAIN, and the girl told m her screen had frozen, and I had to go in person to HSBC branch to fix. 3.5 HOUR DRIVE!!
