    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    Going to change banks from @HSBC_UK had enough now. They are not interested in personal accounts. Counter service is 9.30-16.30 Mon-Fri so to go you have to take time off work to go. Only to get there and find the counter is closed all day. Nothing on their website to say this

    @HSBC_UK There is a wide scam going around from "Track and Trace' advising you have been in contact with someone positive and to order a LFT - you just need to pay for postage. Thus capturing all your debit card details. Why no warning on your website about this one?

    @HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu @usopen It would be nice if you sorted out your online share dealing/finance app instead of wasting money on this, I’m unable to access my account at least 50% of the time. How about paying some interest instead of paying your execs excessive amounts, customers are bottom of the heap.

    Hi @HSBC_UK, I'm a VoiceOver user who's just opened your iOS app, been greeted by a screen celebrating that the app is 10 years old and presented a chance to win £10K. I wasn't able to opt in accessibly, because scrolling is *STILL* broken for VO users despite numerous reports.

    @HSBC_UK Is this feedback about the current UX issues with VoiceOver being passed along to your accessibility team? If not, where should I be sending it instead? Financial independence is very important to me, and as a blind person, consistent accessibility is part of that.
