@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@HSBC_UK My call was answered after 45 mins and the helpful agent sorted out my issue in the short term. The problem is that the company strategy is to do everything in their power to get rid of charity accounts. It’s such a shame 😢
