@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK the level of service is poor. Monthly business fee keeps going up and service gets reduced. Chat advisors unable to resolve query whilst telephone banking is closed. When open, get put on hold for over 30min to find simple resolution. Probably time to move accounts!
