@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@kevmg @HSBC_UK That is just bad bad customer service! It’s obvious it was an error! I had an ERC due when I moved house due to ill health! I just happened to tell them on the phone this was reason for move. Without me askingNationwide cancelled my ERC of £5000 and said they hoped this helped!
