    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @dsymetweets @HSBC_UK I can't pay my mortgage, my bills or travel for work. I am helpless, as I now rely on HSBC to send me the paperwork I apparently need to access the funds. I've explained the urgency, they tell me I have to complete paperwork first, but won't send it. This is horrific behaviour

    The only time @HSBC_UK have bothered to block my card is when I joined @Cobratate 's platform. QQ, do the @irishtravellers have a website? They're in town as luck would have it! Eyes alive, boys. You saved my life, I'm gonna buy Ur donuts x

    @HalfLoon @HSBC_UK Ha ha thanks! I spent a very frustating half an hour on the phone with them, in which they kept repeating that the option should be there when it clearly wasn't. Many people on here with the same complaint, they refuse to accept there's an issue.

    @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK The agony continues with someone calling without being aware of the full case and giving answers like I'm this department, we don't have access to these things, that department is handling things. For a client it's one bank and not departments.

    @dsymetweets @HSBC_UK Their behaviour isn't mindless. They are a self serving machine. @TheFCA again, I ask, how is this allowed? HSBC accepted a salary credit into my 'frozen' account last week and won't allow me to access without completion of a form that 72 hours later still hasn't been sent to me

    only way to get an reply to anything from @HSBC_UK is to publically complain on social media then @HSBC might then reply inviting you to a DM session which in its self is pointless and just another robot replying to you; absolutle joke- their HSBC global account product #BROKEN
