@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

It’s happened again @HSBC_UK 3 people queuing inside to see the same person while several wait outside can’t even get in to use the machines. A bit of queue managment could solve a lot of problems here and wait times

@HSBC_UK You lot are an absolute disgrace. My 18 year old daughter can't access her trust fund because your staff keep changing the rules. She has provided numerous amounts proof of ID on several occasions and she has been brick walled every time.

@scoobydotaxi @HSBC_UK @Barclays It's very frustrating. I believe it's a mix of lack of tellers and floor staff in banks, everyone stressing them out and trying to cope with questions. Online and calling it's an automated voice that maybe doesn't help with your query, then on hold ages. It's pressure everywhere
