    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK He spoke to a manager in your complaints department and it’s finally sorted after spending hours on live chat or on hold. Apparently it’s an issue at yours to do with the switch process at the moment, he was not the only person making a complaint about this particular offer.

    @HSBC_UK I'm a HSBC customer, and I have no issues with badges, but given the aggressive replies by @HalifaxBank you're pushing your luck. Money laundering for the Cartels, providing support to ponzi schemes and supporting the brutalisation of Hong Kong. You're in no position to act holy.
