    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @Noisyspace @HSBC_UK A friend is in the same position. She made an appointment at the nearest open branch (was ten mins, now an hour away!) & on arrival was told the person involved was off and there were no other appointments so she could wait “a few hours.” She needs access to her account!!
