    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @carolinefff @HSBC_UK there wasn’t a lot of “fluidity” flying around when my disabled brother was trying to access his own money from his bank a/c at the HSBC. They built those boundaries so high that it made it near on impossible for him. 🙄. Equality for all unless you are disabled!!

What’s he supposed to do?! Meanwhile can’t buy groceries online!

    @HSBC_UK how exactly do I close my business account? Have hand delivered a letter to the branch, signed forms in branch. And you still won’t close the account and are trying to charge fees. And obviously cannot get through on customer service line.
