My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart I thought you were a bank? How about waiting 'till you've got banking down before branching out into the arts? It routinely takes over an hour to get through to your call centers, and disputes which are dealt with "in 48 hours" can take 2 MONTHS to be dealt with.

@HSBC_UK Still unable to pay suppliers with the HSBC App, which I use primarily and greatly prefer to online site. This hasn't worked since your recent meltdown a couple Fridays ago, despite having uninstalled then reinstalled the app. When do you expect this to be fixed? Not on.

@marshyleeds @HSBC_UK Then the atomic option becomes the only way forward. Cancel all accounts with them and cut ties completely. It’s the only way to companies with such bad customer service learn. It’s just a matter of if you have alternative options
