    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK this is my second tweet/call for help . Our business bank account has been suspended as we made a refund to a customer. We have called 4-5 times, we have emailed. No reply !!!! Our employee’s salary is due to be paid tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

    @HSBC_UK are you able to help me. A customer filed a chargeback for about £300, then realised her order was at her post office. She’s emailed me telling me she’s told her bank, but i’ve had a notification saying they sided with her and have refunded her. She’s in Canada

    @HSBC_UK hsb c Mobil app has problem when I change to my new iPhone . Then the old iPhone problem as well . The set up app asking to sign in and set up . After sign in it need to general the code from security machine . After that the screen has no option to fill the number in ?

    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed
