    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    @HSBC_UK a bit of feedback - I’m a new customer but I have to say your service is extremely archaic. The length of time it’s taken to get set up with a current account is beyond belief compared to other accounts. Payments are incredibly slow. I’ll be looking to leave immediately.

    @HSBC_UK Have been trying all day to do an online mortgage decision in principle, after filling out form it just says there is an error and to try again later. You then have to start from scratch. Extremely frustrating. YOur service status says everything is fine?
