Then said the “computer” would probably block another one if he wrote it. Hour and a half on the phone before they agreed to a direct transfer the day before mums funeral.

@HSBC_UK my dad had the banking app on his phone and he obviously used the security code you get from the app to use online banking. That phone has now fully broken. How can he still access the online banking without the phone, and how can we transfer he account to another phone

@HSBC_UK @mariusfanu The HSBC app is literally the only app on my phone (out of around 100) which does not work. Every other banking app (I have a number of them) is working 100%. HSBC's developers are clearly way behind all the others in not keeping their app in step with current iOS standards!
