@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

Disappointed with the customer support from @HSBC_UK I've had a query open from beginning of MAY and I have not received ANY update, despite being told I will receive a call within 5 days! I've called 7x and everyone I speak to says they can't do anything about it. This is NOT ok
