@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@martinboon @HSBC_UK Leave them! Last year they closed our account without warning at the end of the month because we hadn’t done a ‘know your customer’ form they didn’t tell us about. I had to go to the media before they listened. We wouldn’t have been able to pay the team

Why is the @HSBC_UK app so bad 😭 Very rare I don't get an error message saying the feature is currently unavailable when I try to add a new payee. Kind of an important feature to not work so often
