    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @LlyrDerwydd @HSBC_UK It is an unpleasant and worrying experience, our BM did help prevent the account from being shut down so we could still operate. HSBC do need to pull their finger out on this. You are not alone! And you will have to go through with all this all over again in 5 or so years.

    @HSBC_UK I meant HSBC branch. I went into the Liverpool street branch today to get a key pad to access my account after 3 weeks! @HSBC_UK you can do better than this.

    @HSBC_UK luckily it's not too much of a crisis for me as I have my American accounts I just hope it gets fixed soon 🤞 weird to think one problem and everyone is locked out. There need to be other alternative ways of access like biometrics
