    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK 'Our Chat Agents are waiting to help you' No they're not! Can't get any help there so tried ringing @HSBC_UK; 90 minutes later and 3 different departments just to get a form to remove a name from an account. Can't have the form and nobody knows how it's done!!! Astonishing

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for the reply but the retailer (@UberUKsupport ) isn't having issues, their system is designed to disallow removing card details. They aren't likely to get back to me as their customer service is questionable at best, non-existent at worst.

    Years ago @HSBC_UK closed my account without warning , this left me without a bank account for almost 6 months , recently I recieved a cheque for £50 as way of an apology...... I couldn't apply for work without an account so I was effectively 6 months pay down... £50 .... right..

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is horrendous. been trying to open an account since DECEMBER but constantly being fobbed off. called you several times to see where my application process is to be told every time that it’s “in its last stages” and that i should be contacted soon!
