@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@alanbullion2 @Barclays @HSBC_UK Maybe not even the town hall (I'd rather see start ups given space at just over cost to help them). Plenty of current banks which could be used. However, I'd rather see this in villages rather than big towns. It's the villages which are suffering now from closures.

Been on the phone to @HSBC_UK for well over an hour trying to sort out registering my mother's LPA. I can't believe how inefficient they are and what bloody awful hold music they have. If you are going to put someone on hold for half an hour at least play something decent.

So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!
