@HSBC_UK waited 25 mins in Bournemouth branch today to pay money in. Only 2 window tellers open. Recently shut the very busy Winton branch & closed teller positions in the Westbourne branch. Awful Bank run by very incompetent *** & senior managers... I feel for the staff.
