@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

@JanZamoysky @HSBC_UK They unblocked my card, paid me 80 quid **** off money and told me they won't transfer credit card money to my friends but suggested I can do it myself. Which I know. I tried to do it. They blocked my card. So we might be back to square one soon :-)

@HSBC_UK why oh why for all that is good do you not provide a CSV download option for credit card statements!? It's bizarre & forces your customers to go through an AWFUL convoluted process so we can figure out where our money is going to! You can and should do better! #getwithit

@TOrynski @JanZamoysky @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me with revolut. Twice. The second time in the USA , my phone wasn't working there and I didn't answer the text the bank sent me . It seems like the algorithm learns at some point ( it didn't happen anymore), but may require more calls. Hope you'll resolve

@beconstant @HSBC_UK Oh absolutely! A total NIGHTMARE trying to get their stupid statements into Excel. I trust you know about using Excel's Data, Get Data, From File, PDF option? But beware - it sometimes misses entire sections so you MUST compare totals of what was imported vs statement! Terrible.
