    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    My @HSBC_UK debit card still hasn't arrived. Am told they will re-order if it doesn't arrive by Tuesday. But that will take another 5-7 days. They only use @RoyalMail to deliver. So, I could be at home with childen and no debit card for a long time. Such bad service.

    @HFKaner @HSBC_UK Couldn't change it to manual payments & was told "we can take the money out of your account whenever we want to." Plus other issues Got a small loan from Halifax to pay it off in full, opened an account with them & never looked back. Worst bank I ever dealt with

    Honestly having the worst time with @HSBC_UK support. My PayPal direct debit has been blocked and I’ve called 3 times been promised it’s fixed and every time they’ve not done it. Dude on the other end can barely understand me which is making it even harder.

    @HSBC_UK Everyone know if increase oil and gas production prices will fall down and Putin don't have enough money for war in Ukrainia. Banking giant HSBC just opposite make sure prices are record high PUTIN have enough money for war said it would end financing for new oil and gas fields.

    @tashadrinkstea @HSBC_UK & i know this doesn't help you now for this issue, but i highly recommend Wise for all international banking. hasn't failed me. again i'm so so so sorry. hoping so hard you get some competent help.
