They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

I tried to make a payment of 100 to Nexo, a Registered Fin company and they have frozen my acc.3 phone call, did all my security checks with fraud team,was told app would be working in 10 mins. Wait 2 hours phone back, I need to go to branch!
