@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

Got told by an @HSBC_UK team member today that while they take customer service very seriously, this was a very small and minor error that isn't a big deal to the bank. Case closed and I have to escalate myself to the ombudsman. In sum: we couldn't care less

@HSBC_UK Hi Jelena, it’s happened both times I’ve tried to use the Asda app to check out. It all works fine via the website, I think the problem is that the @AsdaServiceTeam app doesn’t work properly with the multifactor authentication iframe from HSBC. The options aren’t clickable.

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken World wide banks are clamping down on cash deposits to exchanges. Two of my local banks started doing so, despite nil legislation to say it's illegal to buy or sel crypto. Things are unfolding infront of our eyes methinks.
