@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

Extremely grateful this morning for the lost & stolen card teams at @Monzo, @HSBC_UK and @CapitalOne. Lost my phone & cards last night so unable to access apps but they all confirmed no transactions made & cards now blocked. PHEW! Huge relief. HUGE! And replacement cards on way.

Thanks for offering support via DM @HSBC_UK Shockingly, the matter was not resolved in any satisfactory way. It seems companies take complaints and queries into DMs so as to hide the fact that nothing is ever resolved. Really poor customer service. #HSBC

Hi @HSBC_UK you’ve locked me out of my online banking, yet when I try and reset it you say I can’t.. do you have a phone number to call- the website/ chat bot is not helpful and just sends me round in circles. Thanks.
