@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@HSBC_UK Children In Need is an independent company registered as a charity, it is not a BBC company or charity. BBC & others give everything for free, but if you look on the charity commission site, you might be annoyed by how much their employees take. That could go to those in need.

Excellent service from @HSBC_UK as ever. Call in response to their message, wait 15 minutes, get passed to second person who apparently is wrong person then to third who cuts me off. How do the banks get away with such awful customer service?
