    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK App still not working. I deleted then redownloaded before I knew that the issues were for everyone not just on my phone. Now I have redowloaded butto get in I need to enter my secure kep password to generate a security code and the app will not let me do this! Sort it out Folks!

    @HSBC_UK Can you let me know where my letter was saying that you were closing the counter service at Scunthorpe. I've not re eived one and neither has my parents. The lady in branch basically called my mum a liar that she had received one, when clearly she hadn't and went in to use it ??

    @HSBC_UK Ouch! Here's the problem with trying to save a buck and closing down your branches and making hundreds of valued staff redundant . Forcing us online you'd better make sure your online banking is tip top. No wonder you continually rank lowest on customer satisfaction.
