@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@HSBC_UK went into the Filton, Bristol Branch this morning to find that the counter service is no more. This was the only service which made HSBC more useful to me than the others. Don't see the point, 4 girls (employees) sat around in there doing nothing! Might as well close it.
