Marius Fanu (@mariusfanu) reported from East Ham, England@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..
