    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK I did not wish to contact HSBC but simply (try reading the post) was highlighting that the new John Lewis card provider was worse than when HSBC managed it and that’s no compliment to HSBC, you were awful as you are with yr premier card and the M&S card you also manage Both awful

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I raised a complaint (well two) on the phone and was advised of the outcome, hence the letter to the @financialombuds It's a waste of everyone's time and money over a set of charges amounting to £20. And you've lost me as a long time current and credit a/c customer.

    @HSBC_UK Hi I tried but they ask for a customer number which I can’t find from my old bank documents, I can only see a sort code and account number but it won’t add up to 16 digits, I know card number will also do but may I know that will a expired card number also work? Thank you.

    Really disappointed with the lack of help/response from @HSBC_UK @HSBC so far. I thought banks were meant to protect you from scammers?!
