Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

@WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

@HSBC_UK dad died 2 weeks ago & I had to go out for the first time to your Harborne bank to start dealing with his account. I cried all the way. I got there at 3:45, a sign in the door said it had closed since 2:30 due to covid. No information about tomorrow. I’m so upset.

@HSBC_UK Non-existant service to resolve your ongoing technical fault. Still locked out of my online-banking after weeks with due to an unexplained glitch after reporting my father's death (both of us customers). Told to wait 3 weeks (!) for a call back that hasn't happened 1/2
