@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK @financialombuds how disgusting is it that you freeze a single mums acc after an inheritance payment and allow no access to any money at all. No money to feed a 7yr old+pay any bills. Then refuse to speak on the phone and say go in the bank who then laugh at her!!!!

But no, apparently @HSBC_UK overseas call centre staff have to ring me and go through a tedious and time consuming verification process. Its gets worse, many of these staff cannot speak clear English, I have to repeat answers, repeat questions not good customer service IMO 2/3

@HSBC_UK Discovered yesterday that the HSBC app provides a way to find user's pin. This seems like a *massive* security issue (shouldn't that info only be hashed and salted in HSBC systems, not sitting on a phone?). If phone is compromised, so is pin! Eek!

@HSBC_UK In response to my transactions not showing up they just said yeah can’t see them so I said ok so there’s a problem can you try fix it and no response for over an hour now. Anything I mention I’m just told to wait another business day when there’s clearly an issue with the account
