    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve followed these steps and reset my password but still cannot log onto the mobile banking app. It does let me generate security codes, so it isn’t the password that’s the problem. Why is the app not working?

    @HSBC_UK Oh very nice. To advisor just picked up, breathed down the telephone and then hung up. Perfect customer service @HSBC_UK . That's a completely wasted 30 minutes of my life. #CustomerService

    @HSBC_UK been trying to pay my council tax bill for 2 days now. Online payments aren't working and now I can't log into my online account. Seems like a lot of people are having this issue. Could you keep us updated as your system clearly isn't working atm. I need to pay my bills!

    @HSBC_UK Can you get your breath!! Not been able to get online since last Wednesday due to GSA error. No help from chat facility as you have to log in (joke) then told to call HSBC - 20 minute call waiting time. This bank is the worst that I have had to deal with.
