Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

Another day another issue with trying to get to speak to an actual person @HSBC_UK would be great if they hired more staff to deal with queries instead of having me on hold in a bot chat for 2 hours. Great idea to make all those redundancies 🙃

@HSBC_UK That’s exactly the problem, customer services only being available until 8pm. In a 24/7 world, HSBC have gone backwards. It’s too late to resolve my problem, after waiting too long on your so-called live chat, I had to use a different credit card

@HSBC_UK Do you use your online banking ? You need 10,000 different codes and passwords for each platform e.g. app vs website but you don’t have all actions on all platforms. All i want is to request a pin reminder for my debit card but got to jump through hoops

@HSBC_UK I’m not happy. I’m trying desperately to login to my online account, I’ve called various numbers that ask me to enter certain details and then when I enter my date of birth it rejects. I’ve done an only chat which was useless and I have now put in a complaint. Disgusted!

How do @HSBC_UK do such a fantastic job of creating a horrendous customer / user experience when wanting to log in to online banking. The tasks set by @taskmaster are easier to execute!
