@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

@HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK despite your claim earlier down that the problem with your app has been resolved, your app just crashes every time on my iPhone and I am unable to access it. this is also the only way your customers with the app can even access online banking. This is not acceptable.

When I read this Metro story I phoned the paper and told them this story. They ran a whole page story on me. I didn’t get any money for it. Just my revenge on the bank being *****. Metro was (in 2005) the biggest read free paper in Europe. **** you @HSBC_UK we all got hands.

@HSBC_UK I went into branch today to change my surname on account. Ridiculous customer service in store. I had a signed deed poll and new passport displaying my changed name but was sent away because deed poll was not statuary declaration - even though I had a valid passport.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for that Kris. I am aware of all that. As I dont have a working physical key linked to my banking I dont want the hassle of changing things. I go away soon and would like to be able to use the App. Are you suggesting it wont be fixed and so I need to revert back please?

@HSBC_UK You now have a truly awful Move Money system. Trying to set up standing order to a new payee and only getting option to make an initial payment. why? Chat service not available and no longer able to use message service either.
