    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK I have updated my phone to IOS 15 and since doing so the HSBC app isn’t working, it just keeps shutting itself down as soon as you open it. I really need to access my bank account and can’t do this via the internet as I need the app to generate a secure key. Help?

    @HSBC_UK I upgraded to ios15.1 on my iPhone 8 Plus and like many others I now can’t access my hsbc banking app, it just won’t open. I can’t even log in on the website because I need the app for my secure key. Need to make a payment today.. any timelines on a fix?

    @HSBC_UK Patience is wearing out as I now have to leave for an all-day meeting having been on hold, across 2 calls, for >45 minutes. To blame this appalling service on the pandemic, as you still do, is disingenuous

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for trying to help, but as I said I've been trying to sort this for a year. The first thing I did was change my preference using online banking. You don't get a card for a Future Savers account either.
