@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Left phone on the side over 2 hours x 3,plus shorter ones,messages,Twitter messages,took over a week to speak to a person who then said they couldn’t help & put me back in a queue,which cut off after 30 mins ! @HSBC_UK are not a helpful productive bank at all.

I am so sick of every major company having telephone wait times of hours. Been on the phone to .@HSBC_UK for 44 minutes already this morning and this is acceptable??? I am a working GP, I wish had hours of the day to sit in 'hold' queues being told my call is important.

Do NOT ever get a credit card with @HSBC_UK. Making a payment is impossible!!!!! Can't do it on the app, can't do it on the phone, can't do it online. Have to ring my bank to make a payment?!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
