    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @jondrytay @NOW @HSBC_UK This is appalling. I’ve had to assist my mum with POA files for my dad. It’s truly upsetting for the person doing this work for their loved one because they can no longer do it. How deeply inhumane hsbc are being as well as their Data records being terrible.

    Have worked in the finance industry for decades, am well aware of KYC requirements. Have banked with @HSBC_UK since '89, popped in to open additional account, and despite having photo ID on me which proves my address they still require further ID! Staff agreed it is **** service.

    @HSBC_UK my son had his account 16 years because he didnt use it for a few years they blocked it. it had money in it. after months of no help, even going yo yhe vranch wouldn't help eventually he was sent a link to send doc proof. a drivibg licence and a government letter 1/1
