    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK I'm so angry, traveled into my branch 8 miles away to pay cash in only to find the only paying inn machine was broken there's at least another 6 machines in the branch but nonethat could pay in cash. Spoke to the chap who just said sorry. What use is sorry #raging.

    @carolinefff @HSBC_UK They wouldn't have given that a second thought ir put in any research at all. Don't they realise this is a slow motion car crash and they've stepped right into it .. completely blinkered.

    @HSBC_UK Dad tried to login to his account on Monday. He messed this up, because their online security is too complex for him to navigate, and has been locked out of his account. Again. He wanted me to drive back to London again this weekend to fix it for him.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to contact your help line, and much like last time I tried to call I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins. I’ve tried you online chat service, but they can’t help, and told me I must call. Why are your phone lines so understaffed? Can someone call me?

    @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Trying to open a savings account online but told that I’m not a U.K. taxpayer - even though i have been since starting work 20+ yrs ago and have never earned money overseas. I’ve tried calling but given up as taking too long, really bad service. Pls help.

    @HSBC_UK your branches have to service the community and not work within 9-3.30pm. Trying to simply collect a card or gather advice at a time when most people are free from work is virtually impossible. Please look to change your physical opening times.
