    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK Our daughter had funds with in a child trust fund. We tried to move this money to AJ Bell investments. The money has now gone missing and despite repeated attempts we can get nobody at HSBC to be consistent or engage. This is for her tuition fees at university. HELP!

    @HSBC_UK I am not interested now. I have had no call back today when asking for a Manager. I am a Customer, a very loyal one but my children will be banking elsewhere. I will also be making a GDPR claim as I have asked for the account request to be deleted and have been told it can’t!

    @HSBC_UK To actually tell a customer it could take 10 days to send out a replacement card is ridiculous. You should be saying yes, you'll have it by Tuesday. Upto 10 days and blame Covid. Poor. Very poor.

    @HSBC_UK I am literally unable to access my online banking. HSBC app keeps crashing in iOS15. I can’t downgrade to iOS14 because I don’t have a backup so until you update your app, we’re without online banking 😩

    @HSBC_UK I’ve taken to here as I’m so frustrated. Executor of a will, got an executor account but you keep refusing the payments. I’ve been on this for a month. Can’t speak to anyone in branch. Disgraceful customer service at worst time of our lives. Will you help PLEASE?
