@HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

Absolutely apalled at the customer service with @HSBC_UK they're closing down branches, but are clearly vastly understaffed. The online chat is utterly useless. I was told to expect a 10 min for an advisor by phone. It's been 30 mins. I'm very tempted to swtich bank!

Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help? @HSBC_UK Your jobs next mate. Be careful. Can you fix the App? @NatWest_Help app works flawlessly and if not for an account name / cheque name issue I would have done it there. Your colleague on the App chat was rude and unprofessional to. Blaming the quality of camera. Lol.
