Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

I am going to change banks because I can’t operate a business with erratic and unreliable business account, and with very minimal help from #HSBC_UK

He changed and took almost 12mths to introduce himself. He asked about our bookings - he thought we were a caravan site. Then we were allocated a business manager in Brum.

Someone we know is trying to pay for an extension and your bank are refusing to let the customer move money and pay the company! Saying it’s not right and that the company should pay themselves!
