    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK honestly your customer service is appalling. I am trying to make a payment to my credit card and it’s impossible on the app! I have now been on the phone for over 20 mins while your advisor has put me on hold 3 times to only go and come back to ask the same security Q’s!

    @HSBC_UK I get that but your colleague hasn’t responded how can he possibly fix anything if he won’t communicate with me. This is ridiculous, you are withholding my money. I have been with HSBC since 16, clearly I need to reconsider this due to your appalling customer service.

    @HSBC_UK This is getting exasperating: 72+ hours on and still no fix. There are only so many times each day I can repeat the cycle of downloading the app-installing the app-watching it crash multiple times-deleting the app-restarting my iPhone-downloading the app etc. Please sort this out

    Such disappointing service from @HSBC_UK - calling to report lost card and request replacement took nearly 1hr then I was placed on hold then hung up on. Don’t even know if my new card is on its way. Tried to ring again and placed on hold for another 15 mins before giving up 😡

    @HSBC_UK how do you ever speak to someone competent at HSBC?! You’ve sent my bank card to a wrong address, someone’s spending on it and you won’t talk me to over the phone?! I’ve been in to branch and proved my ID and address and you still won’t help?!
