    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @mdsimants @HSBC_UK @Apple No ****,, you didn’t seem to have read our warnings not to put the beta on your main device ( around 40% of apps on the store wont work until September. Most bank apps dont work * well good banks ones do ) **** ones who dont know how to code dont work

    I don’t know what the point of @HSBC_UK mobile banking is when they tell you to reinstall your app, then you have to reset your password. Give a reference to call be on the phone only to be told it’s locked and I have to go into branch to fix it?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK mobile app unprepared for iOS16 Public Beta. Can’t access my bank account at all at the moment and have transfers that I need to make. If you’re an @HSBC_UK user DO NOT UPDATE to @Apple iOS16.

    @HSBC_UK with All of these branches closures, how am I supposed to own kids bank accounts? Called banking number to be told they can't book appointments and I have to go to branch. Which is only open when I'm at work with no weekend access!
