    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_UK Website is not logging me in?? Tried from all my devices. After I put the login security code the waiting wheel keeps turning. I have urgent requirement & can't login since morning!!

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK 🇬🇧. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. 😞

    @HSBC_UK It is a complete NIGHTMARE to log in to your online banking system! Customer support is awful on the phone. Outsourcing outside the UK and having representatives telling me they don’t know how to call me back because I am outside of the UK!

    @ryanshelton2011 @HSBC_UK Totally agree! Need too see managing payees in the app in a matter of urgency! Nothing is simple with @HSBC_UK . Please raise this immediately and if I don’t see this within a month then I’m gone! Only just joined too and I’m not happy. App keeps going down too!

    @HSBC_UK So frustrating that HSBC UK do not have any other alternative to connect with customer support even in case of emergency. U want your customer once out of UK to call using international charges which is huge. I am unable to logon else would have done used chat support.
