@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

.@HSBC_UK when I try and register for #paym through Internet Banking the page just hangs with a loading spinner. I've tried this on several devices and different browsers. The same thing happens to my partner's HSBC account too. Is there a problem?

@HSBC_UK When I had this issue with lloyds over a mere £60 it was resolved within the hour. How comes this has been ongoing since 8 PM yesterday and still i’m getting nowhere 🙃🙃🙃

@___c_h_r_i_s__ @HSBC_UK Join the club mate. No mobile or net access since January. Contacted them many times. It's now a raised case and still 15 working days before they will deal with it!!! Another 3 weeks to wait. Really poor service. Don't hold your breath.
