    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_AUS @HSBC_UK i am in a stalemate with a KYC (Know your customer) issue , and HSBC UK (who can identify me) dont seem to want / be able to talk to HSBC AUS to help resolve. Any chance you can help ?

    @HSBC_UK So, now you won't even change up money for local shops without a fee (you're still charging a monthly account fee btw). Way to support businesses! 💯 moving my account

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to book an appointment at the branch to update my personal details (name), or can I just pop go in at any time? The website says to book an appointment over the phone, and but when I called phone banking, it said I should book the appointment online!

    @HSBC_UK Having problems with the app. Can’t log in properly and for some reason not showing transactions/payments for today even some the money has gone in. I daren’t make a payment just in case something goes wrong.

    @simonnread I get cash donations from people using my boat and spend what I get on fuel and provisions. Anything over or under £50 goes to/from Post Office who - as @HSBC_UK will not help with my @firstdirect account, are my new day to day bankers (first time since when I was 9)

    @HSBC_UK the customer service - is it for real ?? Calls transferred from one agent to another ( dispute or a fraud team 🤔 ) . Time to consider shutting the account

    @MartinSLewis I'm looking for help regarding the @HSBC_UK advance account I opened 29/04, I have not received the cash incentive, I have been compensated for the delay but issue was meant to be resolved by 05/08 & customer services are not replying to emails

    @HSBC_UK After a day my wife is still locked out of her account. HSBC website says go to mobile app & reset details. Mobile app doesn’t have a reset button & mentions go to website. This is very frustrating. HSBC won’t arrange a call back. Is any if this tested?
