    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK This just gets worse. Unfortunately she gave some incorrect info on the security questions and was basically told "computer says no". We are now trying to arrange an appointment at an HSBC branch for her. I have just had the phone put down on me by one of yr colleagues.

    @PatriciaPelican @HSBC_UK It's true Patricia it's never worked 100% always a problem. The cheque deposite always been faulty for past 3 years. But branches are bring closed "because customers want online banking" bullshit. Nobody wants this. Elderly don't. People who don't have online facilities don't.

    @HSBC_UK pd a chq in at 9.30a.m in local branch & worried it isn’t showing in my acc yet, not even as pending. Been on hold to customer servs for over 15mins so far and not getting a reply.

    @HSBC_UK @PatriciaPelican You obviously dont because your app would be working properly. Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help? Look forward to response.

    @HSBC_UK @Ikkyaa Your app does not work properly. Can you not see all the complaints on Twitter? My friend has been to one of your branches approx. 15 times and your staff are unable to help. You need to get your App working properly for your customers otherwise they will go elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK I opened an account with you, I received an email from you saying my debit card should be with me within 3 working days. That was sent on the 21st October, it’s now 26th October and i oh he not received my card or any other documents. Is it on its way?
