@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

  • Tashster ⭕️ Natasha “Tashster”® 🏳️‍🌈 (@Tashster) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Anyone else’s @HSBC_UK mobile banking app down? ‘Unable to access your UK accounts at the moment..’ Well great; but I’m not a billionaire so my ‘UK accounT’ is the only account I got so pls can you fix this soon HSBC. I need to keep track of money leaving! #HSBC #HSBCDown.

  • SandraDunn1955 🐟Dame Rainbow Warrior 💙#JOHNSONOUT 🇪🇺 (@SandraDunn1955) reported from Dunstable, England

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

  • NyuOtaku Angry Hedgehog litter picking (@NyuOtaku) reported from Marston Moretaine, England

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

  • caitlin68508196 caitlin barker (@caitlin68508196) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

    @Rainbow_L_S @nippa77 @HSBC_UK I’ve got the same issue

  • dekthered Dek (@dekthered) reported

@HSBC_UK I just transferred all my wages to my mate to pay for a few bags of coke, he said he never got it... Must be an issue on your end, make sure it's back in my account ASAP, it is Friday night after all

  • SC080808 Suzanne Cox (@SC080808) reported

@HSBC_UK Would be good for your service status page on your website to say the same instead of customers having to find these things out via Twitter

  • Teerlpee Thomasina Phillips 💙 (@Teerlpee) reported

@ebz_tweetz @HSBC_UK It is down for me too. I can log on and transfer between accounts but I can’t make a payment as the payees won’t load and it says there is an error. Down detector is reporting problems too.

  • Jordan_MCFC93 Jordan (@Jordan_MCFC93) reported

@HSBC_UK Firstly, I'm sent a new card that wasn't requested and your customer service couldn't tell me why. After activating the new card my pin didn't work, again your team couldn't tell me why and now my only form of accessing my money (via the app) doesn't work. Absolute Joke

  • DavyPhill Phill Davy (@DavyPhill) reported

@HSBC_UK My Saved Payees are refusing to show in online banking, I'm unable to pay bills - can you let me know if this is a widespread issue or just my account, and when this is likely to be fixed?

  • nickcurtis Nick Curtis (@nickcurtis) reported

OK @HSBC_UK I've been cut off once, mistransferred twice, and it's taken two hours on the phone for you to tell me a *software* issue prevents me getting a code to reactivate my account. And your website suggests I lodge a complaint by *phone*. Ha f***ing ha.

  • fahimchati Fahim Chati (@fahimchati) reported

@greenwood100 @HSBC_UK @HSBC Shocking service last few days

  • ThatLyanne Lyanne Nicholl (@ThatLyanne) reported

@HSBC_UK I didn’t have any issues with my telephone banking number. Where did you get that from? I couldn’t remember one security question which was a translation four days ago and the operator refused to ask a different question.

  • bejshah BShah (@bejshah) reported

@HSBC_UK If you're making update tomorrow 2nd April, why I can't I open the app today, right now? Plus your chat service is absolutely useless, I have been trying to get some help for last half hour but the robot on the other side of the chat cannot help! Time to switch banks!

  • cortina John Nevill (@cortina) reported

Oh dear, looks like @HSBC_UK having some major issues with their app today. Perfect example of why we still need cash :-)
