@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@EltigreDidi @HSBC_UK I'm also trying online chat as phone still not answering -45+ mins wait so far. Am now 17 minutes connected to chat and yet to speak to an agent. Well done HSBC Customer Service. I wish my job targets were this low
