@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@HSBC_UK totally pointless calling up your customer service as they are unable to answer a simple question, I then use the mobile app and it just goes round and round in circles. Since you have closed my branch, I guess you don't want new business as you can't answer

@HSBC_UK I am trying to open an online savings account but your website prevents it. Your online bot doesn’t allow navigation to ask a right question and your telephone service is painfully slow. Suggestions please, other than banking somewhere else. Thanks

@HSBC_UK I’ve experienced some of the worst customer service experience in my life today. I’ve rang to follow up on a complaint and both times the person has disappeared on the call after poorly handling the complaint. Colleague overheard in the office and couldn’t believe it.
