@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK Will support anyone who doesn’t wish to display pronouns? More importantly, will you also stand with any of your staff in Hong Kong who oppose the ever increasing authoritarian behaviour by the Chinese Authorities?

@HSBC_UK Doesn’t HSBC support the national security law imposed by China on Hong Kong, which among other things permits the Chinese government to extradite, torture and kill anybody who supports democracy, freedom or independence in Hong Kong? Not much commitment to equality there.

@MichaelH4039 @HSBC_UK Virtue signalling is so much easier and far less expensive than a useful and competent customer service. There are no big bonuses in answering the phone.

@cache_pas @HSBC_UK You need to fight for equal paternity leave. Problem solved. Or do you just want to cherry pick what equality is?

@HSBC_UK So do you agree, with them telling customers to leave, if they don't like the idea? Why change something that has never been a problem. Many customers don't even use staffs names. It's usually hello, good morning, can I have please, thank you, good bye. No name or pronoun used.

@HSBC_UK Men. First the feminists came for us. We carried on. Then the feminists split. One group supported women, the other chick with *****. Men carried on. The outcome was, that if I am caught short, I can have a **** in the women's cubicles and no one can do naff all about it. 👍

@HSBC_UK Like you support and stand with the likes of Qatar, Saudi, China etc. Or are their human rights alright because they make you so much profit? Pull the other one. You have zero morals.
