@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@MechanicBritish @HSBC_UK @Shelter Lucky you, you don't have an invasive landlord leaving your door unlocked while you're out working while the local crack heads can help themselves to your property, nor do you have to suffer winters with no hot water or heating due to dodgy wiring.
