@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@HSBC_UK I am experiencing the most appalling customer service in my memory. I’ve had a business account with HSBC for over 9 years but I have now ceased trading, closed my business account and I’m *trying* to get the money from the account paid to me personally. Simple right?

@davidaak1991 @HSBC_UK having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Pyratespy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

@HSBC_UK awful customer service. Tried to open an account for my daughter 3/12/21,submitted evidence/id online twice and took into a branch once.Still no account and no correspondence. Chat function is absolutely useless,phoned and gave up after a 45 mins wait

@SalihCantekin @HSBC_UK I had similar experience on my account when I got really sick I contacted support for two months they couldn’t help until someone recommended me to HintCrack on instagram he’s indeed a professional hacker. He got my account fixed in just a few minutes
