    @PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @andypsmith @HSBC_UK I am going to close my account with them as soon as I will all the outstanding payments in there and move them out. This is the @scottishpower standard of customer service now.

    @AmexUK I ordered my replacement card couple weeks ago and you guys have put me in an extremely frustrating chicken and egg loop. And the customer support (on the app) is absolutely clueless. Can you resolve this or should I switch to @Barclaycard / @HSBC_UK? Let me know.

    Ah, and my transfer on @Wise appears as canceled. And if you cancel a big transfer with them, they have right to charge you more next time. Yet another profit, thank you @HSBC_UK for your professional service. But at least you found time to lecture me that I should not swear...

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds If HSBC are unable to resolve a simple complaint about a repeated issue and refuse to acknowledge that the service they are providing is of a poor standard, then I won't be wasting my time taking this further. I shall simply take my custom elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK complaint team reached out to me today. I wrote them an e-mail with details of my problems with them last week. I spare you details, but I recently transferred 12 000 pounds to Poland using @Wise and they were fine with that, but blocked my card when a monthly 1/x

    @HSBC_UK I spoke to an advisor over a year ago closing my credit card account, was told it was closed so cut card up. Still receiving statements so rang again to be told account was closed. Continue to receive statements and no help on the phone as they ask for my card number?
