    @HSBC_UK hi, it has been more than a week and it seems that my debit card hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been told to activate my card but how could i do it if its not in my hand yet?!. Please i dont want to call your customer service it takes ages to even speak to them for 5 mins

    I know it doesn’t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why don’t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

    @HSBC_UK spent an hour in the bank last week proving ourselves for your “safeguarding” process, your staff member said it was done - yet you still block our business account anyway, with no notification until we try to pay a very important bill! Fuming is an understatement 🤬

    Is it actually possible to get £220 switch bonus? Terms say must 'open a bank account in our mobile banking app' App sends me back to the website. Help bot says "need to apply... on your web browser... application isn’t available on the mobile app" @HSBC_UK
