@HSBC_UK hi, it has been more than a week and it seems that my debit card hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been told to activate my card but how could i do it if its not in my hand yet?!. Please i dont want to call your customer service it takes ages to even speak to them for 5 mins

Can’t believe that @HSBC_UK shut down our @HorseAndCountry EUR and USD accounts without permission, admitted their fault and now 10 days later are unable to give us a timescale as to when they will be working again! Really terrible service.

It's a shame that when @JohnLewisRetail decided to end the Partnership card relationship with @HSBC_UK they didn't sort out between them how to properly resource customer service. Frustrating delays on my credit balance and an idiot at the end of the phone. Yet more brand damage.

Disappointed not the word (maybe angry/frustrated) @AskNationwide twice to register mums death and now @HSBC_UK deleted my last power of attorney documents to help with dads finances. Whats going on :( (I have enough pressure to deal with)

@firstdirect now limit cash payments into an account to £3,000 at a post office, or £20,000 a year. If you want to pay in more cash than this you have to find a Full/Cash service branch of @HSBC_UK. Well, GOOD LUCK with that, they have made most branches cashless. #PoorService
