    @HSBC_UK can you please advise me what your SLA for ‘confirmation of funds for completion’ are please? You have been holding up our house move chain for 10 days now and because of you 4 households may miss the stamp duty window. Shocking service!

    @HSBC_UK What poor service after being with your bank since its beginning in the uk and before that with its former incarnation as Midland. I'm furious that no one is able to speak to a human. Automation is ruining my experience. It's been over a month trying to open an account.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Russell /Desi /Kris /&c - any news about the crashing problem which lots of customers are experiencing? or must we all wait till the digital team emerge from the early hibernation they began in August 😴? Most other banks offer a mobile banking app like HSBC used to.

    @HSBC_UK The point is the branch doesn’t have a counter service at all, making it redundant effectively, had to travel several miles to one that did. It’d be easier if you just shut the counterless branches down so customers don’t waste their time. I’d rather you opened them.

    Horrendous service from @HSBC_UK mentioning they would send a chequebook to me ( I know who uses them but a company has specifically asked for it) it's been 3 days passed their SLA...

    @HSBC_UK your Richmond branch has removed all counter service but you have more staff?? How can you keep customer loyalty when I now have to travel 1hr and pay for transport just to make a withdrawal above the limit? You should be letting customers know

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness 10 weeks after trying to set up a charity account with HSBC, hours spent on hold/live chat/email and still it seems to be mission impossible. Unable to accept donations! Who knew trying to give a bank money could be so hard?
