My mobile banking app was down this morning for the longest time between which meant I couldn’t do some urgent transfers! Seems to be a more regular occurrence these days. Where can I complain?!! @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK The recent update is horrendous. You need to get an update our to fix some of the usability issues. As I said previously, it has more bugs than a bushtucker trial.

@HSBC_UK Worst customer service. I have been trying to close my business bank account for the last five months, multiple phone calls where I had to wait an hour and sent in the paperwork ages ago. So disappointing.

@HSBC_UK apparently had an outage this morning. I've found this out *after* my account got locked out (creds definitely correct). Guessing they've knackered their auth systems... Can't reset because I was 12 when I set the answers to my security questions, no idea what they were
