@HSBC_UK I haven't received mine withing 7 working days. I just called up and was told it can take 14 days... So still no access to my new account nearly 2 weeks after it was opened and guess what... My switch happened today... But can't even check that!!

So @HSBC_UK you just sent me your 'service charge' for our business banking this month - that you've deducted at source while I can even do anything about it. I will be demanding you refund that fee - and any late payment fines I get from our suppliers will all be sent to you too

@HSBC_UK why is it so impossible to speak or get help from anyone at HSBC? Phone lines too busy, chat can't help, branch can't help, so who can help? Banked with you for 35 years and realising now how utterly useless your systems are. Time for a change! 😡

I'm honestly broken down in tears with @HSBC_UK 'business' banking right now. Week 5 of being locked out of our charity's business account; badly written, curt emails; post-only procedures for online services during a postal strike; mindbending hours on call centre phonetrees....
