    @HSBC_UK hi, it has been more than a week and it seems that my debit card hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been told to activate my card but how could i do it if its not in my hand yet?!. Please i dont want to call your customer service it takes ages to even speak to them for 5 mins

    I know it doesn’t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why don’t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

    @DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....
