@seaside_sophie @HSBC_UK My nearest branch is now digital services. To be honest, for all the use this is you may as well close it down. There's always at least one of the machines out of order. Pretty poor that HSBC recommend using the Post Office counter service which they can't provide themselves

The customer service I just received from @HSBC_UK business was absolutely terrible. I’m going to move banks for sure.
