@Joy_flamingo @HSBC_UK Thank you .. they closed again for C19 reasons ... ended up on a 2 hour trek around SW London in pouring rain. When you get to talk to real branch people they where truly trying to help. On line and on the phone. .. polite at best, but don't have access to key info. C'est la vie.

Been more than a week and my issue is still not resolved by @HSBC_TR. Even for a simple question I am unable to get an answer and don’t know if there has been a communication with @HSBC_UK. And the worst is I cant get access to the relevant customer reps.

@HSBC_UK hi. Your mobile app has stopped working. Press Login, scan fingerprint and then it just goes back to Login screen. IOS 14.8. iPhone 8 Plus. Same problem on latest app version. Have rebooted phone. How can I get some help on that please?

Been a @HSBC_UK customer for over 30 years. Thought I’d open an account for my 14yr old. Told there may be a slight delay due to covid, so it might take up to 2 weeks. That’s was 2 months ago!! I give up, it’s a joke!
