@HSBC_UK can you please advise me what your SLA for ‘confirmation of funds for completion’ are please? You have been holding up our house move chain for 10 days now and because of you 4 households may miss the stamp duty window. Shocking service!

@HSBC_UK It would help if you stopped gouging low income people for billions of pounds. How about all the banking services you provide to households in the lower income quartile are NOT FOR PROFIT?? Didn’t think so.

  • dave_leo72 Devaney 🇬🇧🇩🇪🇪🇦🇪🇺 (@dave_leo72) reported

@HSBC_UK I did ask you guys for help back in 2010 when I was on my knees and about to lose my house. You declined.

  • Mark1663 Mark (@Mark1663) reported

@HSBC_UK Banks are legalised thieves, why would we ask thieves for help?

  • GorgeousDutch DutchDove (@GorgeousDutch) reported

@HSBC_UK You could start helping us by being the first bank to ban the revoltingly High bankers bonuses - and lobbying the government to return the 45% higher tax bracket. But I guess you won't... Will you? You're part of the problem!

  • CayC73 OfficiallyMeC73 (@CayC73) reported

@HSBC_UK Unless it's free money it will only add to people's problems and you earn more interest on those problems

  • mrsfrancioli emma francioli (@mrsfrancioli) reported

@HSBC_UK Yes, in 2009 after the crash, was on maternity and begged for help with mortgage payments until I could be back at work, took my house anyway. Don't make out like you're in business to help people, you're in business to make money.

  • rob8211 rob82🇵🇱 (@rob8211) reported

@HSBC_UK "Bank" and "help" hahaha, you banksters are the problem of this world

  • stevied151181 STEPHEN (@stevied151181) reported

@HSBC_UK I'm all for secure online banking, but when you can't amend a simple standing order despite following the 44 safety procedures (maybe not really 44), something's not right! I'd need to be an online thief to access my own money!

  • JenniKing01 Jenni King (@JenniKing01) reported

@HSBC_UK Yes but you refused to help me

  • GorgeousDutch DutchDove (@GorgeousDutch) reported

@Canterburybel @Jeniacess_RPR @HSBC_UK Have you tried ringing them and explaining the situation? That worked for me. Not defending the fees but just trying to help you.
