    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Tbf to HSBC other clearers have similar approach. NatWest is currently taking seven weeks to change an address. Their stated timeframe to action change, not mine. Unfortunately so much scamming going on they have to validate every customer request.

    @HSBC_UK @joni_sykes General release.. as in September? pretty much two months away.. Any reason why after months of iOS 16 being available to devs, and now the public that you still don't have the app working? The "solution" is based off of your assumption everyone has spare devices kicking around?

    @HSBC_UK No point, I’ll just get the same message about waiting for full release due to bugs and security etc. I know this isn’t anyone’s fault here, it’s just poor from HSBC to be so slow off the mark. All other banking app’s work on a beta OS.. so why can’t yours?

    Hello @HSBC_UK ...you said you'd reactivate my account in two hours at 10am yesterday. Customer services can't help. Can I send you bank details of service folk I need to pay and you pay them then I pay you back when you've learned how to be a bank?

    @HSBC_UK @StartupDSchool Some attention and training would be beneficiary for the customer service team too as it is in an appauling state. No service whatsoever
