@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK so no local branch and unable to get an appointment with the two branches in my 20 mile radius! Meaning we can’t access our money and also my son cannot arrange an appointment to sort out his child trust fund. FARCICAL!!!

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Can you advise where this statistic comes from? What was the methodology? If it's from Stonewall it will be highly suspicious as they known for queeing stats. Please publish to support this claim. Also what are you doing to support the other 76% or don't they count?
