@HSBC_UK I applied for an account and sent in my identification documents on October 12. Now, a month later, I still do not have an account and can't get paid, and your team is unable to give me any updates. Worst customer service ever! All students should avoid HSBC at all costs

@HSBC_UK Hi, I emailed you on the 20th of Oct as you suggested and nobody has replied yet. I've spent 1 hr 26 min on hold. Online chat box says phone. Phone banking says to use the website. Does anyone work there anymore?

Been trying for over a week to get in touch with @HSBC_UK to access my savings account but completely ignored. No reply on contact forms or email and the “chat” function is a robot. Phones lines are impossible to get through on. Useless. #hsbc It’s MY money yet I can’t get it.

@GeneralBeave @HSBC_UK Managed to get it working by deleting and re downloading the app. Literally happened the next day after I upgraded.
