    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to get in touch with your dispute team for last 3 weeks and after over 200mins on hold, yet to speak to anyone. Called your customer service but seems Dispute team cannot even be contacted by them! How do I speak to someone?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, many thanks for the quick response. I will probably ring tomorrow. I must admit that I am a customer of other banks and I do not have to request them. They automatically appear in the documents section for each account each year. Perhaps HSBC should look at this. Michael

    @HSBC_UK He's already in contact with your support but has been told it may take upwards of 15 days before it can be resolved... not ideal I was curious if there was a common issue here rather than anything specific to his account.

    @HSBC_UK I contacted you yesterday with a basic enquiry regarding travel insurance. Took me an hour to get through having been cut off twice. Chap I spoke to was supposed to e-mail latest aspect travel policy but hasn’t done. I cannot face trying to call again. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK hi HSBC can you help, recently applied for a joint bank account with yourselves, done all of the extra security checks but since then we have heard nothing. This account was meant to take over from a different provider this month and everything auto changed over
