@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK My card is getting randomly declined. Called customer service at least 5 times already. They keep me transferring from one department to another. The latest is an extra payment I never authorised. Called them again but they couldn’t even identify me…. WTH is going on?

@HSBC_UK I've been a customer over 30 years with #HSBC What's happening now is disgraceful and they need to sort it out I too am I considering from leaving this bank because Personally I think this isn't a bug but it is HSBC Being greedy for money aka Gold Diggers.

@HSBC_UK Had 2 payments into my account that aren’t showing? I’ve sent money to myself from another account that is showing, are you aware of these issues? The 2 other banks are Natwest/Barclays.

Wow @HSBC_UK certainly outdone yourselves today! 41 mins+45 secs I‘ve been on hold…only to be told by an agent (finally) that you are having technical issues & could I phone back in a couple of hours? I WILL be adding this to the open complaint I have about contacting the bank!

@HSBC_UK I have been trying to set up an account for my child more than a month. Can no longer be done in branch apparently, waited 3 weeks for a card, now your IT is down and the digital key can’t be activated. Why do you make using your services so hard?
