@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Why are @HSBC_UK so unhelpful these days? Ask for help in branch they tell you to use the online system but the online system doesn't recognise non standard questions / requests and refer you to the branch. Very different from the days I spent working there.

@HSBC_UK 3 times in the last 2 weeks I have had to get in touch with customer services, who answered more promptly than I had a right to expect in these Covid times. Ian the other day and Cassie today were wonderful. 1st chap thanked already. Exceptional.

Hi @Barclays - I have personal and sole trader accts with you; needed to open a business acct, you made it virtually impossible - no appts at branch for at least 4 weeks! Went to @HSBC_UK and opened bus acct online in 30mins. Now moving ALL accts to HSBC. Good-bye Barclays!

@HSBC_UK been locked out of my mum's accounts which I have LPOA for as I didn't know if she had an overdraft limit. She is from the generation that never discussed this with their children, completely unreasonable question. Please help

@HSBC_UK Daughter and ourselves very much out of pocket as she cannot access the money in the account and she is currently 300 miles trying to resolve this. Lady yesterday said giving compensation but this was the amount given when opening the account! Ridiculous!

@HSBC_UK Well your customer service advisor shouldn’t tell someone the information is on the internet you can use a computer or phone. More then once, I know it is there but sometimes it’s easier and nice and convenient for the customer to talk to a customer advisor.

@HSBC_UK Thank you. I've an email to fill in, but yes please do escalate. I've diaried some time to speak to customer services about the dormant account. I'm keen to avoid the over draft charges as I was attempting to remedy this.
