@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK YES AND IT WAS HSBC CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED IN PHILIPNES to cut HSBC UK costs. in the first words asked me for all details! It was not scam it was real as I found out later on!

@HSBC_UK I managed to find that if I log into the website then the app button in the checkout system worked. But the embedded version in the Asda app wouldn’t at all. Gonna be a challenge if I have to go the long way every time.
