@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@perfectcryptoo @HSBC_UK There is no fix atm. You have to call them and do banking by telephone until they have a new update for the app. Or go into a branch if you can.
