    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK Having real issues trying to get a simple issue resolved regarding a business account. Is it common that your agents when not knowing what to do just disconnect (3 now) after going round in circles for 3 hours? Can someone please help.

    @perfectcryptoo @HSBC_UK There is no fix atm. You have to call them and do banking by telephone until they have a new update for the app. Or go into a branch if you can.

    @HSBC_UK where is the problem HSBC, UK ? Online application -2 months ago Documents accepted - 1 month ago But no account number/SORT code issued despite all formalities cleared 1 month ago. There is something clearly wrong in your functioning. Please cancel my application.

    @m8_nvm @HSBC_UK Every year a new pixel announced months before and with specs clearly available catches HBBC by surprise. As a premier customer of 20 years am utterly fed up of this awful service . No mobile banking app=customer going to better bank
