@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK 2/ we cannot make an appt in advance at branch?!! We've taken a train to a full service branch with kids & our passports & documents. I want to make a complaint about the abysmal service - we rush after school & someone rudely tells us to go away, we won't be seen 2/

Furious with Hsbc this morning, restrictions on Acc so can't access! Payments due have now disappeared get through to phone banking only to be hung up on!call straight back & they can't assist over the phone! wait for a call within next 24hrs! Shocking #HSBC @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Invest Direct is a worthless broker. Time and again it takes months to get a share transfer done and every time, rather than help fix the communication issues between the 2 companies, they continue to try the same things which have not worked before.
