@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HalfLoon @HSBC_UK Ha ha thanks! I spent a very frustating half an hour on the phone with them, in which they kept repeating that the option should be there when it clearly wasn't. Many people on here with the same complaint, they refuse to accept there's an issue.

Can someone at @HSBC_UK help me out of this madness? I closed my account, you sent me a password-protected PDF with the statement (I urgently need it for a mortgage). The password was supposed to arrive via post but never did. Every option takes 5-> 10 days. Please help!

This @HSBC_UK system is shocking- I’ve spent 6 weeks trying to get someone to help me gain access to my accounts -after losing the dongle thingy. It’s BLOWING MY MIND HOW RUBBISH THEY ARE - 2 hours today and no one cares I went to the brand and the staff don’t #TimeToMoveBanks

@HSBC_UK what kind of service are you offering that I can’t pay cash into a bank account? “Full service branch” bollocks doesn’t cut it. That’s appalling and shocking. Rest assured I’ll be taking steps to move accounts to a bank that cares about customers.

@santanderuk I left @HSBC_UK because they would not let me have more than £500 of MY money from 1 of their branches, @santanderuk thank you for the friendly service your team gave today, I withdrew money with no (reasonable) limit & no one interrogated me about what it was for!
