@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

It’s a first for me, went to a bank @HSBC_UK in Burnley to withdraw cash and was told, “we don’t hold cash on site” nearest bank with a counter is 29 miles away in clitheroe… can you still be called a bank without money? #nomoneybank

Gosh @HSBC_UK your phone "helpline" is truely appalling. I've been on hold now for 2hrs & counting in the last 24 hours. You've cut me off twice & having got thru to an actual person you've just put me on hold again... Still I've only been a customer for 25+yrs. Why bother caring
