@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK I asked you for help when I was made redundant and had purchased redundancy insurance with you. All it got me was years of debt and a two year fight through the ombudsman. So thanks for that.

@HSBC_UK Yes my neighbour did with terrible consequence. After being told she was facing difficulties she had her overdraft removed within two day's after. Now she is struggling even more.
