    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK Hello. I use your app to deposit cheques usually without issue. But I have received several cheques with a black stripe on the back (I think it allows the cheque writer to keep a carbon copy of the cheque) and your app just won’t accept these. Is this a known issue?

    @HSBC_UK I’m not happy with the new phone app. It’s too rubbish and I prefer the old one. Why mess with things that are not broken?

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to get help for business account online as it's failed and I can't make Christmas bonus payments. Phone system says 20min wait likely, I waited over 90min at a cost of over £45 no answer, no call back system. If callers are waiting 90min you need to say.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC absolutely shambolic phone customer support when your security system fails. I need to access my account to pay staff. Telephone banking wait over 90min so I gave up. That wait cost me over £45 in mobile costs. You said a 20min wait, that was a lie.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I got a text message you have agreed an unarranged overdraft to cover payments. I don't know what this means? I pay my credit card on time and have money in my account to cover my payments. Could you please be clear and help me on these? Thanks.

    I'm not a massive fan of how the big banks deal with the general public but @HSBC_UK take the biscuit! Appalling customer service over months of trying to resolve an issue with our charity community account. Numerous waits on the phone, unhelpful staff and utterly stupid policies
