@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK I am in now, but when i enter the transaction code after changing a standing order amount, I get "we're sorry, There has been an error". Is this connected to your ongoing technical issues?
