@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK The changes HSBC has made to its online banking interface are truly awful, and a massive backward step. Less information at a glance, poor use of available space, poor contrast, lack of intuitive structure and navigation. If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your reply. What about the elderly or disabled that don’t have access to digital services and also can’t travel to Hounslow? It’s not easy to get there and HSBC really haven’t thought about the less abled. Really, really disappointing as a Premier customer.

@HSBC_UK I am appalled at the way my elderly father has been treated by HSBC.The closest HSBC branch offering counter service is not accessible to him & after waiting over 10 days to reset access to his accounts & raising a complaint we are still awaiting any response.
