You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Time and again it takes months to get a share transfer done and every time, rather than help fix the communication issues between the 2 companies, they continue to try the same things which have not worked before.
