    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @thebiggj @HSBC_UK Having been sent the magic number I too have the mystery error code. The process so far has been painful enough, I don't think I am going to be able to cope with their disinterested incompetence when I attempt the long wait tomorrow. SoS.

    @HSBC_UK Theres no point now. You couldn't help me on here. You couldn't help me online. You couldn't help me on the App. Your telephone waiting times were in excess of 90 minutes. That's why it was quicker for me to drive to my nearest branch. Terrible outcome but I had no other choice

    @HSBC_UK Signed up for the Online Bonus Savings Account-paying 3% interest- four days ago only to receive an email today telling me that it is now only paying interest at 1.3%. Still advertising it at 3% on your website though. Was the email sent out in error?

    @HSBC_UK I’m fully aware how to create one. The option is not present on your website. This has been raised by a few customers on Twitter already and needs looking into. I’m not calling to set one up when the option should be available on online banking. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

    @HSBC_UK I have not been able to use my contactless card today, either physical card or on mobile pay. It seems to have stopped working. Please can you investigate?
