@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I can recommend @barclays, never had any issues using app or speaking to someone. Last year I opened up two accounts for my children. The process was all done via video banking and the lady that did was excellent and very patient!

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Wouldn't touch NAT West with a barge pole. Have to use them for work, and their customer service is shocking, both pre and post COVID. Personally, would recommend Nationwide

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Personally, I love having live chats or live video calls with @Barclays on their app! Never been an issue tbh. Always been able to solve problems. Then again, I never carry cash or deal with cheques or anything like that.
