@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Someone has taken all of my money and all of my savings. No one has been helping me via your customer service. Management are refusing because of issues that’s have happened due to incompetence of your staff. Please resolve this!
