  @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

  i have used HSBC #Fraud service to request a reimbursement for a set of unauthorised transactions. the #HSBC desk has been great - very fast, safe, professional, helping me a lot to go through the process even been abroad. thank you @HSBC_UK for the service, appreciated

  @mrmarksteel @HSBC_UK Currently there are 2 staff members guessing...repeat GUESSING a 6 digit ref number. Branch staff on the phone to online banking. Noone can help each other
