    @PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK I've been trying to apply for an Online Saver account but site says I'm not a UK taxpayer. I am! Been hanging on phone for 1 hour, website chat just a bot, nearest HSBC branch 10 miles away!! Utter frustration!!!

    Operating with @HSBC_UK is so annoying. I've been trying to get access to my account for weeks now, everything is a hassle. I'm thinking of closing the account so my accountant doesn't depend on that feed anymore.

    @HSBC_UK Nice to know you're there to help us @HSBC_UK but could you try answering the phone? Been on hold for over 50 minutes and had to hang up, trying again and been on hold again for nearly 30 minutes Using up the minutes of my phone plan isn't really helping me right now

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for your help Laura. The HSBC app is horrible. Either get woken at midnight when a deposit is made or turn ALL notifications off. No point calling you, have tried several times and no reply after half an hour
