@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK hello hsbc. You locked me out of my account because I authorised a money transfer and now your customer service line is so terrible I cannot unlock it. Respond back sometime so I can start living my life again. Xxx

There is no doubt that @HSBC_UK has the worst customer service EVER!!! Over 1 hour on hold, the same on their online chat and still@not spoken to anyone??? Useless! But apparently my call is important to them…. Clearly not!
