    @HSBC_UK if you know a branch is going to be closed why not update your website so customers don't make completely avoidable journeys. Not my daughter's best experience for a potential new bank! Rochdale has a bit of paper on the door rather than your website being up to date!!

    Hi @HSBC_UK your app isn't working on my phone and I can't log onto my online banking using a computer without also needing the app which is helpful. Looks like lots of people having app problems. Can you advise on when this will sorted?

    Not one but two system errors from @HSBC_UK has stopped me from getting my keys today. And it's stuck with a team that can only communicate by email and sticking to a 48hr turn around. Great work, so glad we picked @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK @daisyslugg Having a similar problem with my girlfriends help to buy Isa closing letter,been over 2 weeks still not received anything,got an online statement that has the wrong amount on! How can it be so difficult to send out a letter with the correct amount on??

    @HSBC_UK the app is still not working on my Pixel 6. As a result I was unable to block my card when it was stolen last week until getting back home and logging in from my old phone. When are you finally going to make it available on Pixel 6s?

    Dear @HSBC_UK iOS 15.1 was released on 25th Oct. One whole month later, you still have not released a version of your mobile app which works which also means no access to internet banking. Unacceptable!
