@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

Moved house, updated address on @transferwise biz account in 60sec online. Easy peasy. Not so for @hsbcukbusiness account: 2 letters, 2 chats, 3 calls, 1 email & 5wks later & still haven't managed it. @HSBC_UK shouldn't you take customer service & #KYC obligations more seriously?

Very disappointed having been a customer of @HSBC_UK @hsbc since I was a child that you no longer offer the future saver savings acct. Told by your staff there was no alternative. My 3 month old daughter & one of the next generation is now a customer of @LloydsBank #petersfield

@HSBC_UK @jockobite Happy anniversary HSBC. It is our 12 week anniversary since my account was hacked but it took you 2 weeks until I knew after depositing money I was unable to access all the money. HSBC the bank where customer service is an oxymoron?
