@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

@HSBC_UK So, still no progress. Had to go into the branch but each time they tried phoning, the call was disconnected. Filled in forms to set up telephone banking but when I phone the number given to register, it says I can't use the service because I haven't registered. A joke!

@HSBC_UK You don't understand. I don't want to have the Secure Key on my daily phone because if I lose it, I lose access to my bank account. The Secure Key stays at home on an older device. I needed the Fast Balance on the app but you've removed that feature. Why?

@HSBC_UK your app has changed and now locked out of account as the help just loops (also doesnt reflect the updated app.) The solution suggested is to "write to us" seriously a letter? In 2022 for a digital banking solution? In covid wfh? When might we get a resolution? 2023?
