    @HSBC_AUS @HSBC_UK i am in a stalemate with a KYC (Know your customer) issue , and HSBC UK (who can identify me) dont seem to want / be able to talk to HSBC AUS to help resolve. Any chance you can help ?

    @HSBC_UK So, now you won't even change up money for local shops without a fee (you're still charging a monthly account fee btw). Way to support businesses! 💯 moving my account

    @HSBC_UK I haven't been able to access them via the App for over a year since your company bought into planned obsolescence and wouldn't support older operating systems. My phone may be old but works perfectly fine; I'm not adding to landfill just to use your App.

    @HSBC_UK Couldn't pay for some cinema vouchers online last night using my HSBC debit card. HSBC app for online banking wasn't working either. All OK now though.

    @HSBC_UK I did message you at 12.16 earlier but you haven’t responded. The issue hasn’t been resolved and it seems like I’m not the only one having a problem. I can log on but cannot use my card. You (not you personally obviously) need to fix it !

    @HSBC_UK so you send me text about a transaction to call you. I wait on line for 30 mins only to be told your systems are down and you will call me back in an hour!

    @SteveMiami3 @HSBC_UK @BBCCiN And it was all forms forms of payment not just cards. Perhaps understand the problem first before commenting? Or is this “modern life” in that you don’t bother to read or investigate anything?

    @HSBC_UK how am I supposed to use my account? You have a maximum of 3 devices able to use the app. You cannot login online without the app, live chat cannot help without you logged into your account, & no-one picks up on the support line.

    @HSBC_UK Your bank is sh*t. How can I my baby have a small nap, bath the baby and cook dinner in the time it takes for your customer service agents to pick up a phone and sort out a stopped transfer. Accounts closed.
