@HSBC_UK very disappointing service. Seems only solution will be to close all accounts with you to another provider as it’s impossible to get any information or advice if you are moving abroad. Why don’t your staff in branch or on phone know about these services?

40 minutes in the phone to the fraud team at @HSBC_UK for them to release a payment. 35 of those minutes were on hold. Awful service

@HSBC_UK I am not interested now. I have had no call back today when asking for a Manager. I am a Customer, a very loyal one but my children will be banking elsewhere. I will also be making a GDPR claim as I have asked for the account request to be deleted and have been told it can’t!

@HSBC_UK made me update my app... and now im locked out, my code generator is broken so can't log onto online banking. So other than be on hold forever and wait for one to be posted in the mean time be late on my rent, the other option is what?
