@PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK So daft it takes so long to "unblock". Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!

Anyone else’s @HSBC_UK mobile banking app down? ‘Unable to access your UK accounts at the moment..’ Well great; but I’m not a billionaire so my ‘UK accounT’ is the only account I got so pls can you fix this soon HSBC. I need to keep track of money leaving! #HSBC #HSBCDown.

@hsbc_uk my fingerprint stopped working on the app now my digital securr key is blocked but my security answers keep saying wrong when they're not. Now it's blocked the app and online banking and neither them or phone calls will fix problems. I need to log in somehow
