We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

Perhaps you're going to get a new card now incase someone has got hold of your details? I know my daughter had a similar problem with unauthorised payments. 3 cards later the problem was solved!
