@HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK 🇬🇧. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. 😞

@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

@HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

So @HSBC_UK tell you to move money to your solicitor for said house you can only move £25,000 per day. But We’re signing Friday. We’ll go into a branch &book appointment. Local branch has no appointments, maybe not even someone who can help. 😡🙈

@HSBC_UK I rest my case another broken process. As a CS rep u shud have the ability to identify and escalate poor processes as you see them more than management the fact you can’t do so without my name speak volumes. Thanks for your time I will write to Nuno as I said.
