    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK is it really necessary to be kept on hold for nearly 90 minutes to support an elderly and disabled gentleman to make a simple payment? Completely unhelpful.

    @GrahamBoylan @HSBC_UK We've had the same problem mate! A comedy of errors with them. Have wasted almost 2 full days on hold to them too over the past 3 months

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @waggit38 @BladeoftheS Some banks offer advisors to go to customers in remote areas where utilisation is low. @HSBC_UK are you offering this service to affected customers who can’t bank online?

    @HSBC_UK hi, logging into banking and it is trying to register me for digital banking. I have entered sort code and account, dob and passcode and it comes up with blank white screen. I cannot get part this ! Please help !!

    @werborg72 @HSBC_UK @Barclays I had similar problems in 2019 with an executive account so not much has changed then! Makes a difficult time in your life even more stressful! Sorry for you loss and am glad you are getting it sorted efficiently elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK discussing my account with an assistant I overheard another read back to a customer all of his details! Address, account number, pin etc! Surely this is a major breach of security.
