@HSBC_UK is it really necessary to be kept on hold for nearly 90 minutes to support an elderly and disabled gentleman to make a simple payment? Completely unhelpful.

@HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@HSBC_UK I had to use your telephone banking service this morning. Nothing urgent, but I didn't have too long to wait to be put through to an advisor. The lady in question dealt with my request in a friendly and efficient manner, thank you.

Think I might be saying adiós to my @HSBC_UK account of some 25 years. Fewer & fewer reasons to stay - my local branch now doesn't have counter service. What's the point ? I now need to head into the city centre for counter service.

@HSBC_UK bank card has not arrived after 2 weeks. Every time I visit your branches they are understaffed! Now I’m being told I must go out of my way to pick up new card as branches near me are closed on weekends . Time for a switch?as manager was no help!
