    @HSBC_UK Ok, this doesn’t seem to help. I only have a credit card, I don’t have a current account with HSBC to transfer from. Can I not just pay with a debit card from another provider like you can with other credit cards?

    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

    @HSBC_UK your customer services are pretty much non existent. 2 hours wait on the phone to be cut off. Money has not be transferred for 34 days - total disgrace

They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @HSBC_UK I contacted you yesterday with a basic enquiry regarding travel insurance. Took me an hour to get through having been cut off twice. Chap I spoke to was supposed to e-mail latest aspect travel policy but hasn’t done. I cannot face trying to call again. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK is it possible to pay something off a HSBC credit card via the HSBC app or do I need to log in via desktop? I’ve just done a balance transfer but can’t see where I’d go to pay a some off each month on the app?

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @HSBC_UK 7 weeks I have been without a bank card for my current account after losing the one I had. Several phone calls and on line complaint forms later I still don't have a replacement bank card. From my experience, HSBC customer service is absolutely awful.

    @HSBC_UK hi, is there an error with your iOS app? Face ID won’t work but it will work on every other app (and works to unlock my phone)?! I tried unlocking my phone with faceid and going straight to the HSBC app without moving, and it still wouldn’t let me log in!

    @HSBC_UK I’m a non customer. Checked my eligibility for a credit card before applying. Says I’m eligible, then went ahead to apply and got declined with a perfect credit score. How can I raise a complain? Just like every other bank, No one is picking up the phone.
