    @HSBC_UK Hi. The public beta for iOS15 came out yesterday and your app isn’t compatible. All my other banking apps are. When will the app be updated to support iOS15? Thanks.

    The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

    @HSBC_UK Ok, this doesn’t seem to help. I only have a credit card, I don’t have a current account with HSBC to transfer from. Can I not just pay with a debit card from another provider like you can with other credit cards?

    @HSBC_UK is it possible to pay something off a HSBC credit card via the HSBC app or do I need to log in via desktop? I’ve just done a balance transfer but can’t see where I’d go to pay a some off each month on the app?

    @HSBC_UK I contacted you yesterday with a basic enquiry regarding travel insurance. Took me an hour to get through having been cut off twice. Chap I spoke to was supposed to e-mail latest aspect travel policy but hasn’t done. I cannot face trying to call again. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK, is there a way to change my secure key password WITHOUT phoning the customer service number? I tried logging in with CORRECT details but the app wasn't working so it's locked me out for too many attempts. I have anxiety and would really appreciate not having to phone.

    All staff could offer was cash. No use in this contactless world. You’re losing a costumer! This is not the first time I’ve had issues having a sort code for a closed branch. @HSBC_UK

    Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. @HSBC_UK sent my new card to a closed branch, then tell me it has been resent and is ready for collection. I arrive at the branch, no card and no explanation for why the card can’t be sent to my home address.

    @DawnELambert @HSBC_UK I'm here in December and I can report that nothing has really changed. Same long call queues. Same poor excuses. HSBC Business internet banking service has reached an all time low.

    @HSBC_UK, when i try to login into the HSBC app and after i, insert the new digital key that I have to create it says "service unavailable, your session has been invalidated. Please try to login again" and it keeps doing that

    @HSBC_UK I've done that and now of course have to log back in. And it won't of course accept the previous log in details I have recorded. So now on hold to HSBC trying to sort out the password change. Complete nightmare.

    @HSBC_UK My HSBC App has stopped working on my iPhone. It was recently updated to iOS 15.1 is there an issue?? It flashes up for a few seconds then disappears.

    @HSBC_UK FGS PLS HELP, IM GOING INSANE THANKS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEEN TRYING TO REPORT FRAUD ON OUR ACC FOR 3 HRS & ITS HORRENDOUS. LITERALLY EVERYONE SAYS THEY'LL TRANSFER US TO RIGHT DEPT BUT NOT 1 PERSON HAS BEEN CORRECT DEPT YET. PLS JUST GIVE ME NUMBER FOR YOUR FRAUD!
