@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@HSBC_UK We spent over two hours in your branch, over 1hr on the phone (in branch) to your business banking when we were cut off. Gone are the days when you could discuss & resolve the issues face to face. A complaint has been raised so lets see how long it takes for you to investigate.

@HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless.I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!
