    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @HSBC_UK I would like to raise my concerns about thE new HSBC mobile banking app which I think is shockingly bad, and does not service my needs. As a Premier bank customer I have twice tried to raise my concerns via chat session without success and your CX is seriously lacking!

    @brixtonkate Our club accounts have had loads of problems with @HSBC_UK asking loads of intrusive and irrelevant questions. They have not being been in the least bit helpful and at one joint just closing down our deposit account on a whim. So if definitely avoid them

    @HSBC_UK The new version app needs an update to return the automatic decimal point when pay or transfer is used. This will almost certainly cause problems to many people down the line I’m sure.

    @HSBC_UK Still awaiting an acknowledgment let alone a response. Formal complaint submitted. This is a great case study on how not to treat a loyal customer with 20 years business and 45 years personal relationship with HSBC.
