@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@HSBC_UK my sister was scammed out of a lot of money by a fake HSBC call centre. They also used HSBC phone numbers. Your fraud team are claiming it’s not HSBCs problem but it was conducted by someone claiming to be your organisation. Also no due diligence checks were done.

@HSBC_UK new customer switching to ur bank. 1 wasted trip to Catford branch due to closure, Beckenham was open but had ‘no qualified staff’ to verify my ID. 6 staff there, no one able to confirm Im a real person or alternatively get Catford open for the community. (1/2)

On hold for 2hrs with @HSBC_UK what a joke! They text me to ring too, this is the 2nd attempt today to sort fraud on my account 🤬 oh 2 calls yesterday too! If I get passed to another department again I will lose it! Customer for 20 yrs but at this rate not for much longer!
