    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK The app has not been working on my iPhone 6s for ages now. I can’t do anything without it as I was never given the secure key device. It is becoming extremely inconvenient and I might have to change banks. I have updated my phone to iOS15 only for it to still not work.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks but we are done with @HSBC - we will be getting our account access back up and running so we can pay people and give us time find a bank that actually has a relationship with their customers. We will also be closing the KSCS Community Account….
