Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK absolutely shocked that 3 people in the Indian call centre refused to raise a complaint, also had no idea what a subject access request was so i can find out myself what's happening on my account. Surely they have to follow rules? This is a legal right yet !

@HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

We get to @HSBC_UK Warrington at 15.15, and they speak to us 10 minutes later. Then we get asked to sit down, but we might not get seen before they close at 16.30. This has got to be the worst customer service ever.

@HSBC_UK I couldn't block my card on the app, only option is 'Activate', so I guess you've already posted me a replacement (was about to expire). Eventually manged to block on website. But if I now report the card lost, will that count as old one lost or the new one? Thanks!

@HSBC_UK you haven’t been helped but you sent me back into a loop I have already spent lots of time in. At the other end of your “customer service” are real, perhaps vulnerable people who need more than a general phone line with response times in hours, and message bots which can’t cope.
