Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK I'm a long time HSBC customer, never had problem for over 20yrs, but trying to open an account for my teenage daughter has been an absolute nightmare and really poor customer service!

@lorna_francesca @HSBC_UK I've spent 2x hour long stints waiting to get thru, cut off once and gave up the other. I didn't have to pay extra for those phone minutes, coz I'd be really pleased I was asking for help if that was the case 🙄 Chat service told me to go in branch!

@118t8 @VoortMartijn @HSBC_UK I used to get charged fees every month for going overdrawn, so much so That the amount in fees was more than the actual overdraft over the years accumulated.. hsbc would not help, just froze the interest for 3 months. Bank of family was the only way out for me!
