    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. It does have one advantage which is that the computer does not saying it was waiting for data as with the old one I had to leave the site and come back.

    @HSBC_UK using iOS 15 latest beta and it crashes your app. Are you going to fix it? All other banking apps seem to work just fine

    @HSBC_UK @BritishCycling E scooters and E bikes would help the uk . I have been hit when on the pavement by a cyclist . so if there are more cycles laws need to be stronger

    @HSBC_UK 3 codes to reset my digital security were sent, as requested via my HSBC app: 1 via text, 2 via my email. 3 times I got a *SYSTEM ERROR* on HSBC app. Called telephone & online banking,no reply. 1hr+ trying to reset my app -Fed up: HSBC 24h is useless!!

    @HSBC_UK been trying to make a transfer that needs to be done today, not working. Been to 3 branches - 2 closed and 1 couldn't help as they closed in 15 minutes. Been on live chat all evening and no one can help. Absolutely useless.

    @HSBC_UK That was one of the best things. Also the colour contrast is awful. Is this the final version or are you still testing? I have a number of suggestions.

    @jt932018 @HSBC_UK That sounds absolutely horrendous! I’m lucky I’m not having problems as bad as that but, just sick and tired of them having advisers online who recommend you go to a branch. Infuriates me when they have a help service that doesn’t actually help!
