@HSBC_UK I'm a long time HSBC customer, never had problem for over 20yrs, but trying to open an account for my teenage daughter has been an absolute nightmare and really poor customer service!

@Lanagibson60 @jorrylad @HSBC_UK You're not doing yourself a favour here. Don't presume. I don't know which end of the spectrum you're on. I'm straight. But I have gay friends who I flat-out adore. My point was about personal freedoms, not about who you choose to ****.

@HSBC_UK Thank you. Unfortunately I couldn’t get through on the phone at 6pm after 30 mins and now I’m completely locked out of my online banking so no access to my accounts 😓 I’ll try again tomorrow but regretting moving to Advance now it’s been stressful

@HSBC_UK Please note that the issue had not been resolved. I have reinstalled the app but cannot get past the page asking me to provide my log in details, it then switches off. Please check and confirm when the app works for all iPhones. Thank you

@HSBC_UK Hi Tijane, I can log in but I still cannot see all my bank accounts, the foreign currency account does not show up only the UK ones

@HSBC_UK I want to have a compensation after wasting an 1 hour 5 minutes and 15 seconds on the phone to get my login details fixed and half an hour prior to that when I was trying to fix it thinking something was wrong on my side. No notification what so ever!! Contact me personally.
