@HSBC_UK I'm a long time HSBC customer, never had problem for over 20yrs, but trying to open an account for my teenage daughter has been an absolute nightmare and really poor customer service!

@HSBC_UK how is it that in just a month you can mess up card issuance thrice for a customer? And call it human error? And then randomly cancel add the card and say human error again. Why should anyone bank with a bank do full of human errors? Shame on you. #worstever
