@HSBC_UK I'm a long time HSBC customer, never had problem for over 20yrs, but trying to open an account for my teenage daughter has been an absolute nightmare and really poor customer service!

@HSBC_UK For waiting over 1hr 10min I gave up. Tried several more times and now I am now waiting for a call back. I must say that the customer service is extremely poor, not enough branches and not enough staff!!

@HSBC_UK over 40 mins waiting to speak to an agent and STILL waiting. Get out of the 90s. This is unacceptable. I voiced the same issue through twitter last week, radio silence from HSBC!!

@HSBC_UK it is impossible to get in touch with your customer service without logging into online banking. I cannot do that because I closed my account in 2021. A refund was sent to this closed account and I want my money back
