    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK completely unable to access any banking or money currently - not via the app/internet/phone. Do I need to physically come to a branch or are they also unable to access customer details currently?

    @HSBC_UK I have just waited 48 minutes on your advice to speak to HSBC customer service representative only to tell me there is nothing they can do! And I should call back in an hour!!! I am out with a small child in London and with no access to any funds? What is going on?? Really!

    @HSBC_UK App not working properly for weeks so no access to banking other than via telephone. 40 mins on hold today to be told system is down and no services available. No access at all to any banking facility. Time to find a new bank.

    @HSBC_UK Also Telephone banking - your whole system is down so your call centre employees can't even access any details. Can't access banking with HSBC in any format today. Obviously kept me on hold for 40 minutes to let me know that though.

    @HSBC_UK @thePompeyPope Not mentioning to people that your system is down and the call centres can't access peoples details to help? Just letting them keep calling and wasting their time?

    @Quriosity7 @HSBC_UK No problem. I did notice pending items were missing and that 'balance after bills' feature wasn't working.

    @HSBC_UK Had 2 payments into my account that aren’t showing? I’ve sent money to myself from another account that is showing, are you aware of these issues? The 2 other banks are Natwest/Barclays.

    @HSBC_UK It just crashes every time I try to login. I’m using iPhone 6s. Don’t know the vet of Hsbc app. I suppose it’s the latest one.
