    @HSBC_UK Hi, I'm getting a "Sorry your session has expired" when I try to transfer money. I tried my desktop and getting a TERR_30005 error. What is going on?

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Agreed. This might be the final thing that makes me switch banks. I’ve been contemplating it for a while and I know of numerous banks who don’t have issues with iOS betas.

    @HSBC_UK Yourself and @firstdirect can keep telling your customers EVERY year the same “we don’t support beta until it’s released” but you are the SAME TWO banking apps that fail every year and it’s a little tiresome that you inconvenience the 1000’s of iOS users now installing iOS 16

    @HSBC_UK my card declined online 4 times. Put through to three different departments. Explained issue three times. The last dept put the phone down on me. What is going on?

    @owens_lee @RobbiewOnline @HSBC_UK Lee is right… It’s not even a glitch - The iOS version is checked on launch - HSBC are choosing to inconvenience their customers and are simply failing to add iOS 16 to the whitelist! They could add iOS16 and then push an app update to make it work!?

    @TheFCA trying to get @HSBC_UK to approve a transaction on my account. Asked lots of questions which I answered appropriately. Then asked about my tax status! Said this was improper question and asked for call back. No call and digital banking access suspended? Any advice?

    @HSBC_UK When? I asked for a call back over 3 hours ago because of an improper query during a call from you - nothing. I have no access to digital banking. I am staggered by @HSBC_UK’s lack of response.

    @HSBC_UK @diegor My Starling, Amex and Barclaycard apps are all working fine - why not just remove the OS check from the current version?!
