@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK Tried to send money online but you flagged it as potential fraud, even though I was on the phone with your agents when I transferred it. Tried again, and it happened again. Mental. Awful service trying to sort. Three days, three 30 minutes calls... AWFUL!
