Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@CharloMckay @HSBC_UK The API is completely down so you basically cannot do anything whether that be login, transfers, payments etc. It's been like this since about 8pm tonight. Stunned that one of the world's largest banks hasn't event formally communicated that it's API team are investigating!
