@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK In the app it says 'forgot your password?' so I click it and it tells me to go to the website, enter my username and choose forgot password. So I go on the website and enter my username. Below memorable answer it says 'forgotten your digital secure key password?'

@HSBC_UK Good morning #HSBC. It is now 2 WEEKS since your changes to your #MobileBankingApp rendered me unable to access ANY #InternetBanking. This was supposedly escalated a week ago. Is this what escalation looks like to HSBC? NO ONE has contacted me to resolve the fault.
