@HSBC_UK My son has just opened a MyAccount but needs a Telephone Security Number. Your website tells us to ring 03457404404 to get one. The phone line won't let us through without the aforementioned Telephone Security Number. Suggestions?!?

@HSBC_UK you services are crap, opened an account and still waiting for telephone security number, been told to go to branch but branch said cant help, you customer representative are incompetent and didn’t record my security answers and said i have to now wait to verify. #crap
