Transfer call 1hr 3min cut off. Not 1st time. Trying to deal with the bank with customers who have major health issues is a joke, since local branch closed.

Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.
