Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK It went down over 2 hours ago, no access to cash, no online banking and no card payments working. Trying to pay for a meal and doesn't work and has taken you over 2 hours to even put this status on. Absolute shambles of a bank

@HomerSuperior @HSBC_UK They closed their customer services at 8pm here… It’s happening with a lot of accounts both in the U.K. and abroad. Hopefully it’ll be fixed when I wake tomorrow
