    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    Weirdest thing with @HSBC_UK at the moment. I can open a new joint account with my husband, but I can’t add him to my current account as it’s non essential banking ... he’s a customer too but they can’t make our account joint? Aren’t these the same thing?

    @HSBC_UK @alcatelmobileuk @GooglePlay app crashes on startup; fresh Alcatel 3L (2021) on Android 11. Thirty mins on phone for Telephone Banking Sec Number (not in post), time to get a card reader through the post in 5-10 working days. Not a great start to my new Advance account.

    @HSBC_UK really don't want my business. After five months of trying, from Australia and now UK, to open a joint premier bank account, I've now been told it's impossible. Worst customer service in the world in any industry.

    @ProfessorCrick2 @HSBC_UK Issue behind this is I have epilepsy and cannot have photo id... I've actually had a lot of issues, not just with banks, but even proxy cards (@imaginecurve) signing me up and then asking me to go get a passport and basically put myself in a seizure!

    @HSBC_UK It took over 140 mins to get through in the end, and the solution was 're register' for mobile banking, which could have easily been added to your website help section as an option (it doesn't, I checked before) and saved me 2.5 hours of my life. Frustrated isn't even the word!
