Southport Reporter (@SouthportReport) reported from Formby, EnglandCompletely dreadful service with @HSBC_UK phone banking today. Customer had 45 min wait then that department cannot help. Transfer call 1hr 3min cut off. Not 1st time. Trying to deal with the bank with customers who have major health issues is a joke, since local branch closed.
