    @HSBC_UK why does it take over 2 weeks to register for online banking ? Rang this week to find out what was happening only to be told there was an issue with the signature & I must start the process again & wait another 2 weeks 😡Terrible customer service #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK Being able to be yourself in the workplace is an employer issue, not a customer issue. If your staff feel they need to wear a badge to feel comfortable to undertake their role, you’ve failed
