Transfer call 1hr 3min cut off. Not 1st time. Trying to deal with the bank with customers who have major health issues is a joke, since local branch closed.

Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!
