@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I am trying to deposit a cheque through the mobile app but everytime I go take a photo of the front of the cheque it gives a message saying there is a bug and to clear the cache and try again. I did this but it is still not letting me take a photo. Is there an issue?

@HSBC_UK Why are you not answering your phones on 03457 606060? Hanging on for up to 2 hours at a time only to be cut off. Can't get a chat session with any one of any use. Just apologies for the rubbish "service".

@HSBC_UK I was on hold for 2 and a half hours last night and an hour so far today. Please could someone get in touch with me in regards to my statements. I can’t access them and need a copy for my accountant. Can’t log on as you closed the account due to “safeguarding” issues.
