    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

    @HSBC_UK Customer service doesn't have a list of coin deposit machines!!? Perhaps you need to produce a list for your customers and put it online as you want us to do all banking that way. Have found that nearest coin machine for me is 45 minutes drive, each way. No use to me

    @HSBC_UK #FEDUP Credit card was ordered over a month ago & still hasn't delivered. Bank sent another & still nothing 2 weeks later. Can't give me a track number, as a premier acct holder the service is terrible. Spending hours trying to find sense in why the bank fails to deliver
