Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I had an awful experience just attempting to speak to someone, anyone about renewing my mortgage which was already with them. Ended up remortgaging with someone else and closing my accounts after 22 years banking with them. Awful.
