    @HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK why does it take over 2 weeks to register for online banking ? Rang this week to find out what was happening only to be told there was an issue with the signature & I must start the process again & wait another 2 weeks 😡Terrible customer service #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK The process for upgrading from your crazy small SecureKey to the larger one would be painless if you held them in branch. Customer brings old one. Staff provide large format one and register it for customer. Customer leaves happy, no interruption to account access. 2/2

    @HSBC_UK It's all sorted. But as he's a 90yr old with failing hearing it would have been impossible without my assistance. You don’t even have a picture of the large SecureKey on your website but I'm sure many customers would benefit. No complaint needed, just think about the use case!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi I am currently a beta tester of future iOS releases for Apple until now I’ve not had any problems but I just upgraded to latest which is 15.0 but I can’t open the app it crashes instantly

    @HSBC_UK need to relook at your business model. Banks open 9am to 3pm mon-fri when most people work. Automated machines to pay money in any other times guess what all broken. Great customer service. Trying to show children how to bank their birthday money.

    @bigissuenorth Birth certificates for Homeless people born in greater Manchester are free. Homeless do not need a birth certificate to open a bank account. @AskNationwide only ask for 2 letters as proof one from dwp and one from a support worker @HSBC_UK only require the support worker ID

    @HSBC_UK I am trying to open a basic current account. But the system not liking my idea. Passport and council tax bill. Saying now take into branch for help. I was directed online as no account opening are happening in branches can you advise the best way to go about. Thank you

    @MarkEWest @HSBC_UK @HSBC How long have companies been using the 'high call volumes' excuse for? Covid has given them a free pass to let poor customer service drop even lower than before. Clearly HSBC have more important customers to deal with, like corporate endeavours.
