    Completely dreadful service with @HSBC_UK phone banking today. Customer had 45 min wait then that department cannot help. Transfer call 1hr 3min cut off. Not 1st time. Trying to deal with the bank with customers who have major health issues is a joke, since local branch closed.

    @RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @trudiebakescake @HSBC_UK They’re getting craftier. The only time I nearly got duped was a message on the computer about a virus ( Apple) . I rang the number but said I’d ring them back when they wanted access to the computer. Rang the legit Apple number and of course it was different.
