Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

@HSBC_UK God damn why do u make it so hard work! Fine I can't easily see a phone number but ur pushing online chat, but I can't chat unless I login! If I login u take soooo long to reply, i get timed out unless I sit just making sure the page doesn't time out! Absolute annoying

@HSBC_UK so u drop the password to stop confusion and think a smaller simpler pin will help people.. A brute force (I realise its not so simple) will take 9 seconds to crack a 6 digit pin number, but a 10 digit password with numbers letters symbols and caps will take 8 months..
