Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Hi .@HSBC_UK is there a chance of extending the opening hours for Saturdays? For the third Saturday in a row, your branch is full of customers and there’s a 1.5 hour wait for existing customers at 10:00am and the branch opens at 9:30am. #help

@LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK They still have the pandemic referenced on their telephone hold message. It’s biggest excuse for dropping consumer standards in history, not least because it also locked in market share by making it more difficult for people to change service providers - and they knew that.

@HSBC_UK I have tried to call the fraud line. After holding for 20 minutes 21 seconds I was cut off when it seemed I like as connected!! Very FRUSTRATING. That’s poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Hi Team, 1.Yes we talked to 8agents as above. 2.We called new number & same thing happened, 20min,spoke 1 person,took details,said sorry can’t help & tried tfr us to fraud but went back main switchboard. Seriously. This is a common issue of people using stolen cards. Help please.
